The same players that brought about dismemberment of Yugoslavia are now involved on behalf of “Albanian Lobby,” working tirelessly on fragmentation of Serbia with the common goal of wiping it entirely off the world map. When reading about the so-called “Albanian Lobby” one has to keep in mind that all the organizations seemingly engaged in fighting in the interest of Albanian terrorists are not in any way controlled by the Albanians. Quite the opposite is true: Albanian terrorists are merely another tool mighty globalists are using to further their own agenda.

The most powerful part of “Albanian Lobby” consists of the influential global organizations from USA and EU. Among them, the special place belongs to the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the International Crisis Group (ICG), United States Institute of Peace (USIP), the International Commission on Missing Persons (IC-MP), the Crisis Management Initiative (CMI) and the PanEuropean Union. Most of these groups were formed under the umbrella of non-government organizations, but their connection to the USA and EU intelligence structures is more than obvious.

On the board of directors of influential Council on Foreign Relations, among others, is Madeleine Albright, the driving force behind the Hague Tribunal (confirmed many times over, including on April 5, 1999, by Judge Gabrielle Kirk McDonald, a US citizen who was then a President of the Tribunal, in her remarks to the United States Supreme Court in Washington: “We benefited from the strong support of concerned governments and dedicated individuals such as Secretary Albright. As the permanent representative to the United Nations, she had worked with unceasing resolve to establish the Tribunal. Indeed, we often refer to her as the 'mother of the Tribunal'.”) and Richard Holbrooke, nicknamed “Balkan Bully” and well known for his appalling racist views, the most persistent advocate for Kosovo independence and butchering of Serbia.

Other members of this group, operating within its Preventive Action center, are Strobe Talbott, former US Undersecretary of State, aptly described by UCLA's Emeritus Professor of History, Raymond K. Kent as “one of those unelected officials who shape our foreign policy behind closed doors, never accountable to the American People,” one of the architects and the most prominent supporters of NATO bombardment of Serbia, and Morton Abramowitz.

In the official publication of the Council on Foreign Relations, Foreign Affairs, author Edward P. Joseph advocates the open ghetto-isation for Serbs, saying they should be closed in the small, disconnected “cantons” (the euphemism for reserves), controlled by Albanians, while the changing of their borders should continue. At the same time, Joseph considers Bosnia and Herzegovina borders, where Serbs could call for independence in case 15% of Serbia's territory - Kosovo - gets amputated, impervious. By all accounts and their numerous publications, it is obvious CFR sees Serbia as an experiment before the crusade on Russia.

The International Crisis Group has not left the territory of Serbia like it claims, since their outfit in Pristina is still open. Their Executive Committee members are Morton Abramowitz, Zbigniew Brzezinski, who advocated sending ground troops into the war with Serbs and complained the first three weeks of NATO bombardment of Serbia were not ferocious enough, war criminal Wesley Clark, commander of NATO forces during bombardment of Serbia, also bent on sending ground troops in and guilty of purposefully targeting civilian objects, including schools, hospitals, passenger trains and bridges thousand kilometers north of Kosovo, and Emma Bonino, a fascist who offered to enlist her political party in Tudjman's Ustasha forces (Croatia) in 1991. Marti Ahtisaari, the UN envoy presiding over the Kosovo status negotiations, is also a member of the ICG that lobbies for Albanian interests, proving him completely incapable of leading impartial and balanced negotiations in which both sides would be treated with equal respect and opportunity to present their views without unreasonable pressure and irrational demands.

Morton Abramowitz is a notorious CIA expert for covert operations. He belongs to the close circle of officers along with general Oliver North and William Walker. In Rambuillet, Abramowitz was the advisor of Albanian secessionist delegation. He was also a president of Carnegie Endowment, and took part in covert operations of American security services in Taiwan (1952-1962), Hong Kong (1963-1965), Great Britain (1971), Thailand (1977-1983), Turkey (1989), etc. Abramowitz's gang directed the whole “Markale Massacre” and afterwards prevented the report proving Serbs were not responsible for the attack to reach UN's Security Council. Abramowitz is the main proponent of the use of Islamist militants for furthering the globalization goals. In her book “Fool's Crusade,” Balkan expert Diana Johnstone provides evidence Abramowitz coordinated action of arming Afghani and, later on, Albanian KLA terrorists. In 1986 Abramowitz enabled Afghanistan mujahedeens to get their hands on Stinger missiles, so that Russians would suffer greatest possible losses.

Diana Johnstone, whose father worked for Pentagon, further emphasizes that, as the president of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Abramowitz was at the helm of development of new US political strategy after the cold war. This strategy relies heavily on the “humanitarian wars,” and group members Albright, Richard Holbrooke and Leon Fuerth, all Abramowitz's apprentices, “recommended a dramatic escalation of the use of military force to settle other countries' domestic conflicts.” In 1992 Carnegie Endowment published the document titled “Self-determination in the New World Order,” where Abramowitz's trainees declared:

“Groups within states can demand independence, greater autonomy or regime change, citing the right to self-determination.” This can go as far as “military intervention based on humanitarian reasons.” Carnegie Endowment analysts proclaimed as early as in 1992 that “humanitarian [military] interventions will be unavoidable,” and efficiently utilized to destabilize the governments and change regimes wherever deemed profitable. These bold new theories were quickly put into practice, using Serbia as a gunnie pig.

Abramowitz was also a member of the Human Rights Watch established by the American Government, where he worked on “black propaganda” and the spy war against Yugoslavia Serbs.

Abramowitz's comrade and partner in crime, Brzezinski, who even bragged about successful collaboration and arming of the mujahedeen on CNN, announced the butchering of Serbia and aggression on Yugoslavia in 1992. Having his hands in Ukraine's “Orange revolution” and in every nasty pothole around the world, Brzezinski is a proven Serb-hater and a warmonger who continues to advocate Serbia's death.

United States Institute of Peace also holds the special place within “Albanian Lobby.” This organization is filled with retired US army officers, like general George Ward. At the forefront of the retired general's “Balkan Initiative” is another intelligence guru, Daniel Serwer. During Clinton administration Serwer was a head of CIA operations for Southeastern Europe. He trained Albanian terrorists Hashim Thaci and Agim Ceku and organized their visits to US Congress. Serwer instructs his Albanian protégées to keep Kosovo negotiations as far away from the UN as possible and to work on Kosovo independence through agreements with world powers individually. He too is a powerful advocate for redrawing of Serbian borders.

James Kimsey is also a member of the executive comity of USIP, and the prominent president of the International Commission on Missing Persons. Kimsey claims the purpose of his organization is collecting the war criminals' records. He is one of the founders of AOL which merged with TV network CNN. The work of IC-MP wouldn't be the subject of scrutiny if this particular organization didn't hold a monopoly on body identification on the territory of former Yugoslavia (with exception of Slovenia -- victims of Slovenian paramilitary units from the “bloody border” never interested this organization).

The Commission uses only one method in identifying the victims, the DNA analysis, often waiting for bodies to decompose to such an extent that no other method of identification remains possible. The Commission collects DNA samples throughout former Yugoslavia, except Slovenia. It is sponsored by the leading multinational corporations, such as “Applied Biosystems,” “Millipore Corporation,” “Promega,” “Life Technologies Inc,” “Revco,” etc. The IC-MP has an absolute control over all five DNA analysis laboratories on the Balkan Peninsula.

Kimsey's predecessor at the position of the IC-MP president was a well known Albanian lobbyist Bob Dole (who, at some point, wrote to Goethe -- the letter was addressed to the Goethe Institute in Vienna, expressing a desire to meet with the 18th century poet and his wife). Along with Albanian congressman DioGuardi, Bob Dole submitted the Resolution 150 to the US Congress in 1986, expressing “concern over conditions in which ethnic Albanians live in Yugoslavia.”

The Commission's executive is also a French lawyer, Robert Badinter, the man who defined Yugoslavia as “the state in the process of disintegration” in the UN (the only two definitions the International Law recognizes are that the state either exists or has ceased to exist, there is no third option). Badinter blessed the forced breakdown of Yugoslavia, as well as the ensuing genocide of Serbs in Serbian Krajina (Croatia), Bosnia and Herzegovina and Kosovo and Metohija.

Crisis Management Initiative is under control of Marti Ahtisaari. This organization carries the program identical to the one written by Abramowitz for the Carnegie Endowment. Just like the Council on Foreign Relations, it has its own sector for Preventive Actions. It promotes the new defense and security program which, among other things, enables USA and its allies to pursue other “humanitarian wars” outside of the scope of international law, interventions aimed at “improving the civil society,” “spreading democracy,” etc.

PanEuropean Union touts itself as “the oldest European Unification Movement” and is no less powerful pro-KLA lobbyist than the above mentioned organizations. It is a Roman Catholic imperial organization working on restoring the Austro-Hungarian Empire. PanEuropean Union is an example of cooperation between western liberals and conservatives in the joint effort to eliminate Serbia. The founder of this organization is Otto von Habsburg. Like Bob Dole in US Congress, Habsburg was gathering the representatives of Croatia, Slovenia and Albania in the European parliament in Strasbourg since 1988. He organized the exhibitions in which Serbs were presented as barbarians and savages. He sponsored the destruction of the Njegos Chapel on Lovcen (present-day Montenegro), Montenegrin conversion from Eastern Orthodoxy to Vatican Unia, their building close connections with Croatia, as well as pro-Hungarian secessionist movement in Serbian northern region of Vojvodina.

Von Habsburg advocates independence for Kosovo and Metohija and diligently promotes the concept of usurping Serbian language by various ethnic groups on the territory of former Yugoslavia (so Bosnian Muslims, who speak Serbian, rename it into a “Bosniak” language, Croats turn it into “Croatian” and Montenegrins into a “Montenegrin” language -- this is exactly the same as if Americans should decide they don't speak English, but American language, Australians speak Australian and South Africans - South African language, rather than English). This enables Habsburg's both former and future subjects to continue to infiltrate Serbian ethnic territories, to lay claims on Serbian historic lands, culture, nation, scientists and even churches.

Although many consider Genscher as the main culprit on behalf of Germany in hasty recognition of Slovenia's and Croatia's independence which triggered the series of bloody civil wars in former Yugoslavia, in fact it was Otto von Habsburg who stood behind the reprehensible German move, along with Vatican. Habsburg and Vatican prompted Croats and Slovenians to commit the worst crime according to the International Law -- the Crime against Peace.

Von Habsburg blames the Serbs for the First World War and for the downfall of Austro-Hungarian Empire, believing the dissolution of the Habsburg Empire was the grievous historical mistake. His grandson was given a German and Croatian name, Ferdinand Zvonimir and was baptized in the Zagreb Cathedral in 1997. This was Otto von Habsburg's expression of gratitude and support for the successful accomplishment of Pavelic's goal: finishing the genocide of Serbs and ethnically cleansed Croatia. But he's not done yet, until Serbia hasn't been completely destroyed. Von Habsburg's sons and grandsons claim titles to Austrian, Hungarian and Croatian “crowns.”
