No Justice for Serbs

The bodies of two Bosnian Serbs in eastern Bosnia, killed by Naser Oric's savages. On the right is a charred body of Zdravko Erić, whose body was burned after Oric's Muslims took the heart out of this Christian's chest, as a sign of Islamic piety. This is the type of crimes for which the Hague Tribunal issues no more than two-years imprisonment sentence.
The scandalous sentence of two years already served, reserved for those who pick pockets, as the leader of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik said, given to the Bosnian Muslim butcher of Serbs, has once again confirmed that the kangaroo court in Hague only serves to mock the justice.
According to the general Lewis MacKenzie, the commander of UN peacekeeping forces in Bosnia during the war, Naser Oric, the Bosnian Muslim military leader in Srebrenica, was responsible for killing at least as many Serb civilians outside Srebrenica as the Bosnian Serb army was for killing Bosnian Muslims inside the town, since:
Evidence given at The Hague war crimes tribunal casts serious doubt on the figure of "up to" 8,000 Bosnian Muslims massacred. That figure includes "up to" 5,000 who have been classified as missing. More than 2,000 bodies have been recovered in and around Srebrenica, and they include victims of the three years of intense fighting in the area. The math just doesn't support the scale of 8,000 killed.
It is also worth noting that Serbian troops headed by general Ratko Mladic entered Srebrenica in order to put an end to the bloodbath of Oric's savages and that many of those 5,000 Bosnian Muslims classified as missing at the time have been later on found, fighting against Serbs in Muslim army units throughout Bosnia. Regarding Serbian role in Srebrenica, general MacKenzie writes:
The Bosnian Muslim men and older boys were singled out and the elderly, women and children were moved out or pushed in the direction of Tuzla and safety. It's a distasteful point, but it has to be said that, if you're committing genocide, you don't let the women go since they are key to perpetuating the very group you are trying to eliminate.
But the Kangaroo Court was never interested in any of the facts, or the actual evidence. What they are interested in and most keen on is pinning the Serbian nation with the genocide label, no matter what.
For the events in Srebrenica, Hague has indicted 22 Serbs and tried 7 of them, who were sentenced to 123 years of imprisonment. The hunt for Serbian general Ratko Mladić has reached the most ferocious phase, with the foreign governments' agents let loose in Serbia like a pack of vultures, sniffing for the general's scent through every nook and cranny on behalf of the Hague “tribunal”.
The barbaric SFOR and NATO units stationed in Bosnia are occasionally unleashed through Republika Srpska (Serbian part of Bosnia), sawing mayhem and destruction through Serbian villages, killing and maiming those suspected of hiding Serbs indicted by the Hague. Among their victims is a Serbian priest, Father Jeremija and his son Aleksandar who, after spending months in the intensive care unit, have barely survived Tribunal's hunt for indicted Serbs.
At the same time, for the murder of 3,260 Serbs killed by the Muslims in and around Srebrenica (additional 59 Serbs from that part of Bosnia, who are still unaccounted for, have been classified as missing for the past twelve years), Hague has indicted only one Bosnian Muslim - Naser Orić. He was acquitted of direct involvement in crimes against Serbs, but accused of not preventing the crimes of his troops and sentenced to two years in prison. Orić was freed immediately, since he spent three years in detention during his trial and has walked out with the smile on his face and a lit Cuban cigar he had ready in his pocket during the reading of the verdict, fully prepared to celebrate his freedom.
Outraged by the mock-verdict Bosnian Muslim butcher of Serbs was given, general Zoran Stanković, Serbian Minister of Defense and a military pathologist who performed autopsy on many of Oric's victims, supplying The Hague with the overwhelming evidence of his gruesome crimes, says:
The appalling verdict issued to Naser Oric, the commander of Muslim forces in eastern Bosnia, is a dreadful insult to the victims and their families from Srebrenica, Bratunac, Zvornik and dozens of Serbian villages. I am terribly offended, both as a human being and as an expert.
I walked through the charred remains of those villages and was pulling the bodies of brutally massacred civilians out of ruins. I supplied the Hague prosecutors with three boxes full of autopsy findings and reports. Both the prosecution and the defense have accepted the evidence of crimes. I have expected the verdict that would comply with the others issued by the Hague Tribunal.
In addition, in 2001 and 2002 I presented evidence to the tribunal in person, including files, autopsy reports, exhumation evidence and the examination data pertaining to the bodies from Serbian villages destroyed by Naser Orić's hordes, along with corresponding photos of each victim. The prosecution representatives visited me twice in Belgrade. It was expected I would be present during the trial. At the beginning of 2004 I was told by the Tribunal officials there was no need for me to attend, since the evidence speaks for itself and was accepted as valid by both the prosecution and Orić's defense.
While refusing to speak outside of context of the evidence of crimes, general Stanković confirmed the Tribunal has recognised the evidence of Serbian suffering he presented as the violation of the International humanitarian law, therefore, as crimes against civilians. Among others, doctor Stanković has submitted 5 autopsy reports from Srebrenica, 17 from the village of Fakovići, 24 autopsy reports for the bodies exhumed in Skelani, 34 from Kravica, 47 from Zvornik... Even the photos alone show that men, women and children were killed atrociously, slaughtered or murdered with sledge hammers, mallets, baseball bats, steel pipes, etc. after being tortured. The grisly evidence includes the case of two boys of five and seven years of age, killed on a bridge across Drina river while they were running in front of Oric's butchers, trying to escape to Serbia.
It is questionable if the prosecution included the submitted evidence into the trial at all, and if not the prosecution is responsible for the insulting verdict, - says Dr. Stanković. - Hague Tribunal should explain its decision to the citizens of Serbia. This verdict suggests that two years of imprisonment are sufficient to cover hundreds of vicious murders, entirely annihilated villages, the destruction of Orthodox shrines...
It is obvious that prosecution failed to present the evidence submitted by Dr. Stanković, and the reasons behind this failure remain a mystery. The prosecution could have attempted to refute the evidence, but it hasn't done so either. On the contrary, Dr. Stanković is convinced there was no uncertainty and cites the cases of slaying of Ristić family from Skelane, Pavlovićes from Faković village, Konstadin and Risto Popović from Kravica, Zagorka Sekić from Srebrenica, Radenko, Božo, Dragana and Vaskrsije Radović from Šiljković... Some of the bodies were butchered by animals. Slobodan Aščerić had his head cut off, while his body was found in Glođan hills...
I have no right to be silent, - concludes general Stanković, - neither as a human being, nor as a pathologist who documented all those mutilated bodies. Autopsy reports contain description of the injuries, photos and evidence those victims exist by the first and last name, along with the statements of their loved ones. The only thing I insist on is respect for the facts. I am willing to prove again, through media, that people were brutally killed in the entire region where Oric's units were given a free rein. I believe everyone in the Hague Tribunal is well aware of the events that took place in eastern Bosnia. Autopsies were attended by the officials from the international community and by the numerous reporters from around the world. As difficult as it is, we have to speak about victims through exact facts and evidence.
The Belgrade Evening News reporter asks:
What is behind the mind-boggling verdict of the Tribunal? Srebrenica Cult has been created -- would it be shaken by the truth about the genocide against Serbs from this part of Bosnia?
On Christmas 1993, Ježestica, Kravica and Šiljkovići with over ten surrounding villages were under vicious attack by bloodthirsty Muslim forces armed to their teeth and followed by the thousands of Muslim civilians. Those were the scenes from hell. They were led by Naser Oric. Village Skelani was razed to the ground on January 16. In the municipality of Bratunac, Srebrenica and Skelani 136 villages populated by Serbs were burned and obliterated. Some of them, like Ratkovići, where on June 21, 1992, 338 Serbian inhabitants were summarily tortured and killed by Orić's forces, all of their houses burned, remain desolate 14 years later. After the crimes committed in this region of Bosnia, thousands of Serbs fled the area.
Just like Elizabeth Dole who, as a President of American Red Cross during the war in Bosnia, refused to allow the portion of medical supplies to be given to any of the Serbian children in Bosnia, declaring the help given by American Red Cross is designated for Bosnian Muslims alone, so is the “International” Tribunal in the Hague, more than a decade later, issuing a crystal clear message to Serbian survivors of the atrocities and to the families of victims: Western justice is not meant for any of the Serbs, it is reserved exclusively for their enemies.
