Damned if You Do, Damned if You Don’t

The Kosovo status discussions between Belgrade officials and Priština terrorists, lorded over by the UN Special Envoy, racist and Serb-hater Martti Ahtisaari, will reconvene in Vienna tomorrow.

Kosovo Coordination Centre President Sanda Rašković-Ivić said that she is certain Kosovo’s final status will not be determined as quickly as Ahtisaari announced that it would be.

“Many member countries of the Contact Group and the UN Security Council are against fake deadlines which have been set for October and November,” Rašković-Ivić said.

“Nothing has to be finished by the end of Martti Ahtisaari’s mandate, and I am convinced that the discussions will be continued, as the best way to find a solution. The Serbian side will not back away from the discussions because it has fought hard for them,” Rašković-Ivić said.

So, Serbia has to continue talking with Kosovo terrorists and war criminals, because if it backs away from such “talks” -- a move any other nation allowed some measure of dignity could not be faulted for, considering they are being forced to talk with those who keep slitting their people's throats -- Ahtisaari and his boss, Annan, will give part of Serbian land to the same war criminals because Serbs “refused to talk”. Mind you, they have already announced they will do precisely that even though the Serbs have agreed to try to resolve the problem through negotiations with terrorists, so the “talks” in this case are a euphemism for the few-more-humiliations-before-another-big-one.

Since, according to Ahtisaari, Serbs have to sign Kosovo and Metohija off to Muslim terrorists before the end of his mandate, I wonder if Serbs also have to perish before Ahtisaari croaks, or will his magnanimity prevail and he will leave this material plane without such demand. Ancient Egyptian rulers were buried along with their entire courts, servants, cats, dogs and pyramid builders. Modern-day Fourth Reich leaders wish to be buried along with small nations they were colonizing during their lifetime. I sometimes wish the theory of the evolution was true, but all the evidence so far proves it's a major hoax.

Fourth Reich's Ultimatum

Martti Ahtisaari's “decentralization proposal” assumes southern Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija will be an independent state and all that is left is to define its “municipal jurisdiction” -- the jurisdiction of few Serbian ghettos left in Kosovo after decades of ethnic cleansing by Albanians -- and their relationship with Serbian institutions.

According to the Serbian daily Blic, Ahtisaari's plan would generously permit Serbian ghettos in Muslim Kosovo and Metohija to establish relations with what's left of Serbia after the butchering, “in the areas of finance, personnel, technical and expert assistance, healthcare, education on all levels, culture and social welfare.” Serbian ghettos will also be allowed to request assistance from Serbia-leftover while “undertaking tasks” within their ghetto.

Ahtisaari’s “proposal” will be presented at the new round of meetings, tomorrow and the day after tomorrow in Vienna, and has already been submitted to Belgrade and terrorist occupiers in Priština. The daily’s source, a foreign diplomat, says the document is liable to undergo corrections, however, should Belgrade and Priština fail to reach an agreement, “the proposal can be considered as final.” It will be a part of the technical issues package Ahtisaari is set to submit to the Contact Group mid September. In other words, it is not a “proposal,” it is an order and an ultimatum - the best Serbs can hope for from the Fourth Reich, and something that will be implemented weather Serbs like it or not.

The links between remainder of Serbia and the Serb ghettos in Kosovo will be “supervised by a joint commission to be set up by Belgrade and Priština.” Apart from the usual municipal jurisdiction span, Ahtisaari’s ultimatum deals with healthcare, culture, police, and judiciary.

For example, Belgrade will even be permitted to make social and pension payments to Kosovo Serbs. At least for the time being, Ahtisaari is not ordering Belgrade to issue monthly checks to Albanian terrorists occupying their province, but keeping in mind the province's 70% unemployment rate since it was liberated from Serbs, that can always be included later on, under minor corrections. The daily’s source says Ahtisaari’s proposal envisages the police force to “reflect the municipalities’ ethnic composition, while the police chief will come from the municipality’s majority community. The judiciary personnel will follow the same pattern.”

All the municipalities including Serb ghettos will have jurisdiction over primary and secondary healthcare institutions, preschool, elementary and secondary school education.

Serb ghettos will be able to form their own education program body, which they will be allowed to call Serbian Ministry of Education programs. However, the Albanian Muslim terrorist “ministry” will remain in charge, without the right to veto the use of history and other textbooks related to ethnic matters. So, little Serbs getting born and living in ghettoized parts of their own country will, after all, be permitted to attend primary and secondary schools within their ghettos in Serbian language and learn the history of their own people. Personally, I think that's really big of Mr. Ahtisaari.

If they wish to go to university though, they would have to learn Albanian first, and get a crash-course in Albanian Muslim history (whatever the terrorists want to put in textbooks and call history), but that's how it is when your country gets handed over to a Muslim minority and you live under occupation. You have to learn their language, and they get to set the rules and write your children's textbooks. Or, if that happens to be the problem, little Serbs can choose not to get higher education at all. And since Serbs, big or small, get executed if they try to plow their land in Muslim dominated Kosovo, perhaps they can plant some potatoes and carrots in flower pots on the window sills throughout their little ghettos and live off of that. The important thing is, once Serbian southern province is declared an independent Muslim state, Serbs will have many choices. The main choice being: they can stay, or they can leave. What more could you ask for?!

Rubbing More Salt In

European commissioner (i.e. Fourth Reich commissioner) for enlargement Olli Rehn said that Serbia as a key country in the region “must have essential role in protection of Serbian minority in Kosovo” after decision on the final status. All of a sudden Serbia is a “key country in the region”! Perhaps that is why it has to be destroyed. As for protection of “Serbian minority” in Serbia, a key country in the region, I think Ahtisaari has already covered that part: Serbian ghettos will be allowed to have Serbs dressed in police uniforms standing on the corners and walking the beat through their ghettos like in every democratic country in the civilized world. Serbs will also be permitted to arrest Serbian criminals residing in Serbian ghettos and put them in little Serbian jails within the large jail.

In a debate in the European Parliament about future EU mission in Kosovo, Rehn pointed out that the solution for the final status should be found until the end of the year, before Ahtisaari's mandate expires. Nobody knows why and the Fourth Reich officials are not telling us, but that is how the things should be. They should and they will.

Representatives of the major political groups in the Fourth Reich's Parliament, the socialists, demo-Christians, conservatives and liberals, supported “conditional independence” or “limited sovereignty” for Kosovo under Albanian Muslims.

The daily goes on to say that “they, however, pointed out that the stable solution must mean that the rights of the minorities had been granted.” What is this “however” supposed to mean? Fourth Reich will amputate southern Serbian province, BUT minorities shouldn't be completely exterminated? So, if the Serbs accept they are a minority in their own country, if they make a gift to Albanian terrorists in the shape of 15 percent of their territory, Albanian terrorists should stop mutilating, raping, terrorizing and killing them.

I don't know about others, but that sounds like a pretty good deal to me: sign your house over to the rapist and a killer who forcibly moved in your home and he should stop seeking to rape and kill you. Because now, you see, you were nice to him, you gave him everything and you placed your life along with all of your possessions in his hands, so he shouldn't want to keep hurting you. These Fourth Reich Parliamentarians, these socialists, demo-Christians, conservatives and liberals must be all geniuses, I suspect us Serbs are too dumb to follow their pristine logic.

In the debate it was also pointed out that the solution for Kosovo “must not be enforced” but “dignified”. By Serbian officials' signatures, no doubt. Taking your pants off and bending over is called “dignifying” the Reich's solution.

It has been concluded that “it cannot be allowed that only the Serbs are punished and the Albanians rewarded” since that would affect stability of the region and the neighboring countries, Orthodox Christian Greece, Bulgaria and FYR of Macedonia.

Now this is where they lost me: once southern Serbian province is cut off, stolen, hijacked, taken, amputated, what would make the neighboring countries like Greece, Bulgaria and FYR of Macedonia think that Reich is not rewarding Muslim Albanians for decades of terror and ethnic cleansing; and what, in such case, would make Serbian neighbors believe that Christian Serbs are not absurdly -- Orwellianly -- punished for trying to protect their country from armed foreign insurgence? Would Serbian Christian neighbors sleep better just because Fourth Reich Parliament SAYS Albanians are not rewarded by the new Muslim state in their midst (the second Albanian state, bordering with the first one called Albania) and Serbs are not punished, even though the exact opposite is being done? Greeks, Bulgarians and FYR Macedonians must be considered as dumb as the Serbs, since the Reich figures it can just say things and everyone remains silent and content, crossing their fingers and hoping they are not next in line for border-redrawing.

Serbia's Final Offer

An independent Kosovo is possible only as an imposed solution, Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic announced in Belgrade on Sept. 5. “Serbia will not recognize it,” Draskovic said in a talk with a group of journalists from Kosovo, and warned that the independence of Kosovo would have “tragic repercussions.”

“An imposed solution cannot bring happiness to the Albanian people,” Draskovic added and explained that amicable relations are necessary for the successful progress of both nations, which cannot be built on humiliating Serbia.

Draskovic concluded that with more effort on the part of the international community and support to the Albanian side from the Contact Group it is possible to find a solution in which no one will lose, “a solution which I call 'win-win',” the minister said.

According to Draskovic, Kosovo would have its own institutions, its own constitution, and its own relations with international economic institutions. The only thing it would not have is a chair in the U.N. and membership in NATO and other such organizations, “which strictly symbolizes international independence.”

An independent Kosovo would “for a time postpone Serbia's progress toward Europe, but I am afraid that Europe's lights would forever be extinguished in Kosovo,” the minister said. Draskovic explained that “all roads from Kosovo to Europe pass through Serbia” and that it is possible to pass “from Kosovo to Albania only on horseback, and to Montenegro as well.”

Draskovic also said that Kosovo's problem of high unemployment couldn't be solved without good relations with Serbia and other countries in the region.
