Albanian Miserable Failure in Russia

War Criminal Ceku Gets a Cold Shower in Moscow
Italian news agency AKI reports war criminal Agim Ceku met with a rather cold reception in Russia. Apparently, the visit of the self-styled “prime minister” of the occupied Serbian province of Kosovo got a low profile treatment, barely registering a blip in the Moscow political circles. And the two Russian politicians that did receive him wasted no time on chitchat, bluntly reiterating Russia’s firm opposition to violation of Serbia’s internationally recognized borders.
The Albanian Muslim war criminal met with deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Titov and the head of the Foreign Policy Committee of the Russian parliament, Konstantin Kosacov, but failed to get anywhere with the presentation of a planned hijacking of Serbian Jerusalem.
Russian Foreign Minister’s Deputy, Vladimir Titov informed the war criminal that the search for a compromise solution based on the UN Security Council Resolution 1244 remains the basis for solving all of Ceku’s troubles.
United Nation’s Resolution 1244, which put Kosovo under temporary UN/NATO occupation, states in clearest possible terms that Kosovo is to remain an integral part of Serbia.
President of the Russian Parliament’s Foreign Policy Committe, Kosacov suggested that all the issues Ceku is concerned with have to be solved in direct negotiations with Belgrade and offered Moscow’s support in “establishing direct dialogue.” Mr. Kosacov reiterated Russia’s position that the unilateral proclamation of independence, without Belgrade’s consent, would be a “dangerous precedent, contrary to European standards established after the Second World War.” Kosacov told journalists, after meeting with the Albanian war criminal, that these standards don’t allow the change of state borders without the consent of all involved.
Mr. Kosacov underlined Moscow’s position that any change of borders, or unilateral recognition of independence of part of Serbia’s territory, would destabilize the entire region and violate the UN Charter. “Russia could help in establishing such a dialogue which would lead to a compromise that would satisfy the Serbian and the Albanian [minority] side,” he said.
Belgrade is offering ethnic Albanian minority in the occupied province a broadest possible autonomy, but the leaders of the terrorist KLA/UCK organization, who have hired NATO as their private air force in 1999 to bomb Serbia, remain stubborn in refusing to consider anything less than forming an independent state - Albania No.2 - on the territory of Serbia, threatening they will resort to violence once again to achieve that goal.
Thus far, Russia is the only member of a six-nation Contact Group for Kosovo and Metohija province that has openly opposed the amputation of Serbian historical territory, insisting on the respect of the international law, UN Charter and Helsinki Final Act, all of which preclude violation of the internationally recognized borders. Other members of the group are the United States, Great Britain, France, Italy and Germany.
Moscow Paying Close Attention to the (Mis)Treatment of Non-Albanians in NATO/KLA Occupied Province
Likewise, the Associated Press offered a similar report of the war criminal’s abysmal failure to soften Russian stance towards his gang of violent separatists and gain Russian support for the planned hijacking of Serbian Jerusalem.
Its report from Moscow on November 30 emphasizes the negative response Ceku received from Russian diplomats and lawmakers, who told him that Moscow wants an agreement on the status of the Serbian province to be carefully negotiated and acceptable to Serbia.
AP reports that Ceku’s visit to Moscow came amid a U.N.-mediated effort to determine the status of the separatist-occupied Serbian province and Russian warnings that independence would set a precedent for all of the Russian-backed separatist regions in the former Soviet Union.
The report issued by the AP stresses that Russia “shares Serbia’s Slavic, Orthodox Christian background” (implying that Russia’s admirable stand in defense of the international laws and the inviolability of borders isn’t really based on principles, but a sentimental quirk, rooted in the Slavic ‘lack of pragmatism’ -- a very common Western dig; one has to wonder what excuse would they use to put down Spain for its equally strong opposition to the proposed amputation of part of Serbia’s territory), and that Russia sharply opposed the US/NATO bombardment of Serbia (again, a very Slavic, Eastern Orthodox kinda thing), underlining the need for a solution that is acceptable to Serbia.
According to the AP, Moscow has also been paying close attention to the treatment of the non-Albanians in NATO/KLA occupied Kosovo province, taking note of over 250,000 Serbian Christians and other non-Albanians being ethnically cleansed from their own land since NATO entered the province, their life in barb-wired ghettos, and exposure to daily violence by the Albanian Muslim thugs.
AP states that Russia’s Foreign Ministry statement warned Ceku that Pristina must abide by international norms on the treatment of non-Albanians, provide for the return of Serbian refugees to their homes and land in the Serbian province and prevent extremist violence.
AP’s report reminds that Russia’s President Vladimir Putin and other officials have repeatedly stated that determination of Serbian province’s status that would trample over both the international law and Serbia’s historical borders would set a precedent for separatist regions in former Soviet republics, suggesting that, in such case, the international community could not ignore the independence claims of regions such as South Ossetia and Abkhazia among others, which broke away from control of the central government in Georgia in wars in the early 1990s.
War Criminal Ceku Packs Different Passports for Different Occasions
Tanjug news agency reports that, according to the media in Pristina, Agim Ceku entered Russia with an Albanian passport, adding that a group of Albanian “journalists” from the Serbian province accompanying the war criminal, has been returned from the airport in the Russian capital because of their improper papers.
Russia does not accept the documents issued by UNMIK, stated war criminal’s spokesperson Ulpiana Lama. (Did they really expect any state’s customs officials to accept worthless scraps of paper UNMIK’s pen pushers have signed as valid passports for entering another country?! They’re far more deluded than one would think.) Ceku has a Croatian citizenship, receives Croatian retirement, and has Croatian passport, but he applied and obtained Albanian passport.
A Croat cut-throat-brother, Agim Ceku is accused by Serbia of war crimes committed while wearing a Croat uniform, a slaughter of civilians in Serbian Krajina (present-day Croatia), attack on Canadian peacekeepers and subsequent slaughter of civilians in Kosovo and Metohija province, when he traded Croatian for Albanian terrorist KLA/UCK uniform. (No, he did not join the mujahedeens and Croats in Bosnia trying to wipe away Bosnian Serbs - he was too busy terrorizing Kosovo and Metohija Serbs, in an effort to start a war and summon his US/NATO allies to bomb Serbia back into the stone age, but that’s the only 1990s Serb-Killing Spree Ceku didn’t have time to volunteer for.)
Being that Croats keep celebrating their ethnic cleansing of Serbs from Serbian Krajina in Croatia (in the 1990s) as a “liberation,” and have such a high-profiled butcher to thank for the country ethnically cleansed of Serbs, I suggest they erect a monument to the Albanian war criminal, on top of the monthly paychecks and the honorary citizenship they awarded him. Because, birds of feather...
