Serbia Cleared, Part 3

Croatia's Pro-Ustasha war leader Franjo Tudjman

...And Look Who Wants to “Settle” Outside the Court

Following the International Court of Justice’s ruling that exonerated Serbia on all five counts of Bosnian Muslim charges, the Croatian news agencies cite their legal representative Ivan Simonovic recommending that Croatia ought to drop its charges against Serbia and try to “settle” outside the World Court instead.

In other words, Croats should grab any amount of money they can and hide back behind their rock, in order to avoid leaving empty handed, while being exposed to a closer scrutiny for their horrific atrocities against Serbian civilians, war crimes and massive ethnic cleansing of Serbian population they conducted on the territory of both Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

“My personal opinion is that if the key claims in the lawsuit can be obtained with an out-of-court settlement, we should not press further with the trial,” said Simonovic, Croatian representative before the International Court of Justice in the Hague.

Falling prey to an illusion it can also capitalize on Serbia’s demise and getting its greed inflamed by the “billions of dollars” Bosnian Muslims were hoping to milk from Serbia on account of “war reparations” the ICJ was expected to grant them, Croatia rushed to file charges against the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in 1999 before the same International Court of Justice in the Hague, accusing it of “genocide and aggression” (?!), which is in part identical to the lawsuit filed in 1993 by Bosnian Muslim war leader, radical Islamist Alija Izetbegovic and his mujahedeen clan.

Let’s Allow Croatia to Prove Its Case, For the Sake of Justice and Truth

One wonders why would Croatia want to back off now if its charges are well documented and just, and why would it stop seeking the international justice, lowering its magnificently noble ethical standards to a shady deal behind the closed doors, where it would merely accept a certain monetary renumeration for no less than “genocide and aggression.” Surely, such grievous crimes and devastating charges could not have been conjured up out of thin air or based on Western mainstream media mythology fueled by the Croat/Muslim-hired PR liars, nor could the whole lawsuit be about the money, could it?!

So, in the interest of Justice and Truth Croatia seeks, I suggest they valiantly persist with their lawsuit and prove their case at the proper place, at the International Court of Justice. In the meantime, they can have another coffee with Hitler & cream, taking pride in the fact their righteousness and victimhood has not been compromised or fouled with thirty silver coins.

Apart from that, perhaps Croats need to be reminded that their state has yet to be sued by the Serbs for the WWII genocide Croat Ustashas have committed over hundreds of thousands of Serbs and tens of thousands of Jews and Gypsies, for which there is ample evidence throughout the world. And if that lawsuit would be connected with the latest genocide Croatian state has committed during the 1990s, since it can easily be proven that the same Ustasha ideology and hatred that ruled Croatia during its fascist years has been resuscitated in the newly Independent State of Croatia (NDH2), then we would be talking about the truth and real justice for a change.

Serbian Protests Against Ahtisaari’s Proposal

Serbs protesting Ahtisaari's proposal
More than 40,000 Serbs gathered in front of the US Embassy in Belgrade to protest Ahtisaari's proposal. Association of Missing and Kidnapped family members were carrying the photographs of their loved ones who are missing in Kosovo province, and whose fate is still unknown.

Good Morning, Mr. Polt

On Tuesday, February 27, according to the police reports more than 40,000 Serbs gathered in front of the U.S. Embassy in Belgrade to voice their rejection of Ahtisaari’s proposal for the status of Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province.

The peaceful protests sending the message that southern Serbian province will remain an integral part of Serbia were organized by the Serbian National Council of Kosovo-Metohija and supported by the Serbian Radical Party, Democratic Party of Serbia and the Socialist Party.

Serbian National Council President Milan Ivanovic said that Ahtisaari’s proposal involves dismemberment and fragmentation of the Serbian state, that it is biased and leads to the independence of the Serbian Kosovo province, and is therefore entirely unacceptable. He explained the gathering is being organized in front of the U.S. Embassy because the United States was “the creator of the Ahtisaari plan” and there is “a need to stress that we reject the politics of legislative violence leading to the imposed dismemberment of our state, the politics that seeks to amputate a part of our country and we reject those who are standing behind such politics.”

Ivanovic emphasized that Serbs from Kosovo province fully support Serbian parliament’s recently adopted Resolution on Kosovo-Metohija province, as well as Serbia’s negotiating team and their platform for Vienna negotiations.

“We want sovereign Serbia in its internationally recognized borders — no more and no less, while Albanian minority can be given essential autonomy within the Serbian state,” said the Council’s President.

The message of the Serbian Orthodox Church Patriarch, His Holiness Pavle was read at the gathering. Serbian Patriarch underlined that Kosovo-Metohija province is inseparable from Serbia and Serbian nation, saying that he believes this issue will be resolved legally and justly, through an agreement that will preserve the peace while keeping in mind the generations of people living in Kosovo province, who will remain there.

“The only way to fragment and dismember a democratic, internationally recognized state is by violating the UN Charter,” said Serbian Patriarch, adding that such violation would create a dangerous precedent of global proportions, with the most painful consequences.

“We Will Not Give Up Kosovo!”

Tanjug reports that Serbian rally against Ahtisaari’s proposal was started by the playing of the national anthem “God of Justice” outside the US Embassy in Belgrade. Facing the US embassy was a podium on which “Kosovo is the heart of Serbia” is written. Attending the rally are Serbs ethnically cleansed from Kosovo and Metohija province, citizens of Belgrade and other parts of Serbia.

Rally participants were shouting slogans “Kosovo is Serbia”, “We will not give up Kosovo”, while carrying state and party flags and symbols.

Association of Missing and Kidnapped family members were carrying the photographs of their loved ones who are still missing in Kosovo and Metohija province, and whose fate is still not known.

Leaders of Serbs from Kosovo and Metohija province and Serbia’s public and cultural life figures have also addressed the largest protest gathering of Serbian citizens since protests against NATO bombardment during the spring/summer of 1999.

ICJ: Serbia Owes No Apology to Anyone

Yesterday’s “landmark ruling” by the International Court of Justice that has cleared Serbian state of all five counts of Bosnian Muslim charge of “committing, conspiring, helping, instigating and collaborating in genocide” is of immense significance since it has shattered some of the main Western mainstream media myths and outright lies regarding the Bosnian war (1992-1995).

After fourteen years of collecting evidence and ten months of deliberation, the World Court has confirmed most of what Serbia has been saying all along:

  1. Bosnian war was a civil war, waged by three sides: Bosnian Serbs, Croats and Muslims.
  2. The civil war in Bosnia cannot be regarded as “Serbian aggression” in any way, shape or form.
  3. Bosnian Serbs were and are a constitutive nation in Bosnia, living on the territory of Bosnia-Herzegovina for centuries, and therefore under no terms could be considered an “aggressor” in the country that belongs to them at least as much as to the other two ethnic/religious groups. As a matter of fact, two thirds of Bosnia-Herzegovina were rightfully owned by Bosnian Serbs before the war broke out; Republika Srpska today represents a significant reduction in size in comparison to the land owned by Serbs before the war.
  4. Neither the Bosnian Serbs (Republika Srpska), nor Serbs from Serbia, have planned or intended to commit a genocide over either Bosnian Muslims, or Croats in Bosnia. It was an internal conflict, waged against Islamization and secession of the radical Islamic regime in Sarajevo, not a one sided “aggression” or “genocide”.
  5. Bosnian civil war resulted in approximately 100,000 victims on all three sides: Bosnian Serbs, Croats and Muslims — not “200,000” or more, and Muslims certainly were far from being the only victims. After all, they have killed their fair share and soaked their hands in Serbian blood sufficiently to drop the victim act already.
  6. Serbia has not sent its army, nor has taken part in Bosnian civil war (unlike Tudjman’s Croatia, that has been sending its troops directly from Croatia, to wage the war against Bosnian Serbs and Muslims during the entire Bosnian war).
  7. Serbian Government did not control Bosnian Serb leadership, i.e. neither political nor army leaders of Bosnian Serbs were at any point “an instrument” of Serbia’s Government, or under the control of Serbian Government.
  8. Except for the redefined “act of genocide” charge to fit Srebrenica conflict (based on the two utterly flawed, purely political rulings of the Hague Kangaroo Court), the International Court of Justice has confirmed no other “act of genocide” was committed by the Bosnian Serb army throughout Bosnia-Herzegovina, during the entire civil war.
  9. Being that the World Court has found that Serbian Government did not participate in Bosnian civil war, former Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic is posthumously exonerated of the Bosnian part of the Kangaroo Court’s indictment, by the actual UN Court.
  10. Being that the ICJ has found that “Decision on Strategic Goals” issued in May 1992 by Momcilo Krajisnik, the President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, does not contain an intent to expel, ethnically cleanse or destroy Muslims, the Kangaroo Court’s sentence of Momcilo Krajsnik based entirely on that single act should be annulled and void.
  11. Being that the ICJ has issued a partially contradictory verdict, claiming that on the one hand, Belgrade could not have known that Bosnian Serbs will enter Srebrenica, and on the other, that it has “failed to prevent” Bosnian Serbs’ taking Srebrenica over (how can you prevent something that you don’t know will happen?!), Serbia is only deemed responsible for not handing Serbian general Ratko Mladic over to the Kangaroo Court.
  12. Serbia does not owe one penny to Bosnian Muslims and Croats (they’ll have to continue hoping the Pyramid Hoax and Satanic Medjugorje will bring them revenue).
  13. Serbia does not owe an apology to anyone, since it is not guilty of anything.
  14. Western mainstream media has been biased, dishonest, doggedly anti-Serbian, hateful and wrong all along.

Opening a Can of Worms: Should the Other Wars Be Reevaluated Based on the New Definition of “Genocide”?

Regarding Srebrenica, Aleks offers another excellent analysis.

According to the Summary on the ICJ website:

“The Court turns to the findings in the Krstic case, in which the Appeals Chamber endorsed the findings of the Trial Chamber in the following terms:

“In this case, having identified the protected group as the national group of Bosnian Muslims, the Trial Chamber concluded that the part the VRS Main Staff and Radislav Krstic targeted was the Bosnian Muslims of Srebrenica, or the Bosnian Muslims of Eastern Bosnia. This conclusion comports with the guidelines outlined above. The size of the Bosnian Muslim population in Srebrenica prior to its capture by the VRS forces in 1995 amounted to approximately forty thousand people. This represented not only the Muslim inhabitants of the Srebrenica municipality but also many Muslim refugees from the surrounding region. Although this population constituted only a small percentage of the overall Muslim population of Bosnia and Herzegovina at the time, the importance of the Muslim community of Srebrenica is not captured solely by its size.

The Court sees no reason to disagree with the concordant findings of the Trial Chamber and the Appeals Chamber.”

So, the ICJ agrees with the ICTY’s rejection of the Krstic appeal whereby it redefines the meaning of ‘genocide’. This avoids having to mention that there was (as in the Dutch NIOD report) a break out from Srebrenica to Tuzla by the Bosnian army in which these men not only were ambushed along the way by the ArRS, but that the men fired upon each other in the confusion and a substantial portion made it to Tuzla.

The devil is in the detail and the ICJ saw it safer (or maybe because they couldn’t be bothered to look at it in detail) to ignore the details. Funny how the Media talks of 7,000 Bosnians massacred, but don’t ask, 1: how many were members of Bosnian army; 2: how many were killed in ambushes and amongst themselves on the way to Tuzla; 3: how many of them were armed (NIOD report proves they were not ‘disarmed’); 4: How many were actually executed and if this was a result of summary justice in the field, i.e. for war crimes committed against Serb civilians in the surrounding area since 1992. These are details that have to be found out and publicized as this is the weakest part of the ICTY’s (and thus the ICJ’s) ruling that ‘genocide occurred in Srebrenica’.

Also, applying the same redefinition of ‘genocide’ as employed by the ICTY, we can look back at a number of conflicts during the 19th and 20th century that can now be reclassified as ‘genocide’ or where ‘act of genocide have occurred’, starting with the British during the second Boer War. So if there is talk of ‘revisionism’ in history, the ICTY and the ICJ are a clear support for it. The can of worms is opened.

Supporting Brothers Facing Annihilation

Finally, concerning an absolutely ridiculous claim that Serbia should have withdrawn its financial and moral support from Bosnian Serbs during the Bosnian civil war, one must ask: in a war where Bosnian Serbs are fighting for their survival against Islamofascists represented by the radical Islamic regime in Sarajevo, with proven connections to al-Qaeda and Bin Laden on the one side, and resurrected Croat Nazism represented by the Ustasha regime of Franjo Tudjman on the other, who are the Serbs from Serbia supposed to support? One would think it would be rather alarming for Serbs to fail to support their brothers and sisters, especially when they are facing virtual annihilation, partly from within, and largely from the outside, by the same Western powers who have designated themselves a judge, jury and executioner.

International Court of Justice: Serbia Cleared of Genocide Charges

What was hailed as “a historical proceeding” where Serbian state was expected to be accused of committing a “genocide” by the U.N. International Court of Justice located also in the Hague, Netherlands, like the NATO Kangaroo Court for former Yugoslavia, has ended today in a ruling that cleared Serbia of Bosnian Muslim charges of genocide.

Indicative of the Western mainstream media’s assurance of a verdict that will finally nail Serbia to the eternal pillar of shame was the flurry of articles and “reports” by the likes of AP, BBC and Reuters’ Serbophobes who could barely contain their delight in announcing the proceeding as “one of the most momentous cases” which could leave “a permanent stain on Serbia in the eyes of history” and, indeed, hoping it would do so, since Bosnian Muslim lawsuit against Serbian state “is not a criminal case, and the standards of proof are looser than ‘beyond a reasonable doubt’ required for a criminal conviction. To hold Serbia liable, it is enough that a majority of judges finds a ‘balance of probabilities’,” as one of the Reuters’ scribes drooled hours before the ruling was issued. (Right after the verdict clearing Serbia of all charges was read, the same British agency went into an apparent toxic shock, spewing a spiteful piece titled “We Know What Happened, Serbians!” — so much for the “sober”, “unbiased”, “unprejudiced” reporting.)

The atmosphere filled with precipitous and palpable gloating by the calcified Serb-bashing choir, as well as the fact that standards the ICJ applies to reach a verdict are significantly “looser,” which would make it far easier to rule against Serbia on all counts of the Bosnian Muslim charge, makes the exonerating ruling overall immeasurably more valuable.

NATO’s “Supreme International Crime” of Aggression Cannot be Tried

Sued by Bosnian Muslims back in 1993, while the Bosnian civil war was still raging, the Court first had to establish that it does indeed have a jurisdiction over such a case. The reason for Serbia’s defense team raising the question of jurisdiction in this instance is that the same court decided in 2004 it does not have a jurisdiction over the lawsuit Serbian state has brought against NATO. Serbia has accused NATO of flagrant military aggression in 1999, deemed as the “supreme international crime” by the Nuremberg Tribunal, and for 78 days of merciless bombardment primarily against the civilian targets, including hospitals, schools, water plants, power plants and Serbia’s entire infrastructure. Regarding NATO’s aggression and war crimes, Walter J. Rockler, one of the prosecutors in the Nuremberg trial of German Nazi leaders wrote:

[...] We have engaged in flagrant military aggression, ceaselessly attacking a small country primarily to demonstrate that we run the world. The rationale that we are simply enforcing international morality, even if it were true, would not excuse the military aggression and wide spread killing that it entails. It also does not lessen the culpability of the authors of this aggression.

As a primary source of international law, the judgment of the Nuremberg Tribunal in the case of the major Nazi war criminals is plain and clear. Our leaders often invoke and praise the judgment, but obviously have not read it. The International Court declared:

“To initiate a war of aggression, therefore, is not only an international crime, it is the supreme international crime deferring only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole.”

At Nuremberg, the United States and Britain pressed the prosecution of Nazi leaders for planing and initiating aggressive war. Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson, the head of American prosecution staff, asserted “that launching a war aggression is a crime and that no political or economic situation can justify it.” He also declared that “if certain acts in violation of treaties are crimes, they are crimes whether the United States does them or whether Germany does them, and we are not prepared to lay down a rule of criminal conduct against others which we would not be willing to have invoked against us.” [...]

However, when it came to NATO, the UN Court decided it has “no jurisdiction over that case” based on technicality, since Serbia (or what was left of Yugoslavia at the time) was not a member of United Nations since 1992 until 2000, when it was re-admitted in the UN as Serbia and Montenegro. Obviously, the same “technicality” could have been safely applied in the case of Bosnian Muslims against Serbian state too, being that neither Serbia nor Yugoslavia-leftover was a member of the UN during the Bosnian civil war either (1992-1995), but in this case the Court ruled it does have a jurisdiction to try Serbia anyway. So, the whole thing seems to boil down to who is being accused: NATO simply cannot be charged or tried regardless of what it does, and that’s that.

According to ICJ Bosnian Civil War Was Not Genocide Against Bosnian Muslims

Fourteen years after the lawsuit has been submitted to the ICJ, the Court has ruled that during the civil war in Bosnia-Herzegovina the genocide over Bosnian Muslims did not take place “in the principal areas of Bosnia: Sarajevo, Drina River Valley, Prijedor, Banja Luka and Brcko” (as charged by the Bosnian Muslims). But, based on the two convictions by the Kangaroo Court, the ICJ deems that alleged “Srebrenica massacre” does constitute “an act of genocide.”

It is not only shameful that the highest legal institution the world has is basing its ruling on the fishiest, most ridiculed Kangaroo Court in the history of humanity such as the Albright-Soros’ ICTY that has disgraced itself with an army of false witnesses and heaps of false testimony, that takes mere hearsay as proof of guilt and has released the proven Butcher of Serbs, Bosnian Muslim Srebrenica warlord Naser Oric, after he served only two years in detention, it is also shocking that such an institution has backed an entirely unproven claim of radical Islamic Sarajevo regime.

We know that there could not have been “7,000 Muslim men” killed in Srebrenica because more than 3,000 of those who were allegedly killed by Serbs have later on voted in the Bosnian elections. So, either there were no more than 4,000 Muslim men killed, or Bosnian Muslim leaders were rigging elections by assigning votes to dead men. We also know there could not have been even 3,000 Muslim men killed, since there are no bodies to support even that number, twelve years after the event.

Furthermore, this would be a rather unique case of “genocide” where Bosnian Muslim women, old men and children from Srebrenica were sent to safety, rather than being summarily executed if the purpose indeed was to exterminate Srebrenica Muslims. This unique form of “genocide” cannot possibly be considered as such, since Serbian army was not engaged against ordinary civilians because they are Muslims, but against fully armed members of the Bosnian mujahedeen army, who have been exterminating Serbian civilians.

As a matter of fact, apart from the obvious issues and problems with declaring this single episode in the Bosnian civil war “an act of genocide,” the ICJ has clearly failed to take into consideration the reason for Serbian army to focus on Srebrenica in the first place. It has been proven beyond any doubt that Bosnian mujahedeens led by Naser Oric were using “Srebrenica safe haven” to attack Serbian villages surrounding the town of Serbrenica and have been massacring, raping, beheading and torturing Serbian civilians from over 100 villages prior to Serbian takeover. Naser Oric proudly boasted about these attacks to foreign reporters and was showing his personal video footage of carnage he and his troops of butchers were committing from Serbrenica. Serbian general Ratko Mladic has repeatedly warned the United Nations that such massacres of civilian population will not be tolerated and the “safe haven” status cannot be honored if the international community continues to shield Muslim butchers while allowing them to commit the most gruesome atrocities in the surrounding villages. The massacres continued, and the Serbian army has decided to put an end to carnage on July 12, 1995. So, it is rather questionable which “genocide” are we talking about, since it could be argued that Srebrenica Muslims have committed a genocide over Serbian civilian population: men, women and children, prior to Serbian army entering Srebrenica.

However, being that it is not common for courts to write history (or rewrite it, as this would be the case), the ICJ’s proclamation regarding Srebrenica remains yet to be proven and further examined.

Serbian State Exonerated

The Court that has had fourteen years to establish connections between Serbia’s Government and that of the leaders of Bosnian Serbs in Republika Srpska, that would show Serbia has sent its troops or has taken part in the Bosnian civil war has been unable to do so. Let’s not fool ourselves — it is not that they didn’t try or want to. In fact, we can safely conclude that, if there was any inkling of Serbian state’s direct involvement in the Bosnian civil war, the ICJ would have tagged Serbia with the genocide label without blinking an eye. But since no such connection could have been established in fourteen years, the Court has ruled overwhelmingly in Serbia’s favor (13-2 votes by the panel of judges, including the vote of the Bosnian Muslim judge), rejecting Bosnian Muslim charges.

On the alleged genocide outside Bosnia and Herzegovina: “The Court finds that the Applicant (Bosnian Muslims and Croats) has not established to the satisfaction of the Court any facts in support of the allegation according to which acts of genocide, for which the Respondent (Serbia) was allegedly responsible, also took place on the territory of the FRY (Federal Republic of Yugoslavia).”

ICJ: No Overall Plan or Intent to Commit Genocide by Republika Srpska Leadership Either

On the question of pattern of acts said to evidence an intent to commit genocide: “The Applicant relies on the alleged existence of an overall plan to commit genocide throughout the territory, against persons identified everywhere and in each case on the basis of their belonging to a specified group.”

“The Court notes that this argument of the Applicant moves from the intent of the individual perpetrators of the alleged acts of genocide complained of, to the intent of higher authority, whether within the VRS or the Republika Srpska, or at the level of the Government of the Respondent (Serbia) itself. Having examined, in context, the Decision on Strategic Goals issued in May 1992 by Momcilo Krajisnik as the President of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, which in the Applicant’s view approaches an official statement of an overall plan, the Court does not see the 1992 Strategic Goals as establishing the specific intent.”

In other words, neither the leaders of Bosnian Serbs (Republika Srpska), nor those of Serbia had an intention to commit a “genocide” over Bosnian Muslims or any other ethnic/religious group in Bosnia or elsewhere on the territory of Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

Therefore, “the Court finds that the Applicant (Bosnian Muslims and Croats) has not established the existence of that intent on the part of the Respondent (Serbia), either on the basis of a concerted plan, or on the basis that the events reviewed above reveal a consistent pattern of conduct which could only point to the existence of such intent.”

Serbia Not Guilty, Bears No International Responsibility

Exonerating Serbia regarding Srebrenica issue: “At the relevant time, July 1995, according to the Court, neither the Republika Srpska nor the VRS (Vojska Republike Srpske, Republika Srpska Army) could be regarded as mere instruments through which the FRY was acting, and as lacking any real autonomy. [...] The Court therefore finds that the acts of genocide at Srebrenica cannot be attributed to the Respondent (Serbia) as having been committed by its organs or by persons or entities wholly dependent upon it, and thus do not on this basis entail the Respondent’s (Serbia’s) international responsibility.”

“In the view of the Court, the Applicant has not proved that instructions were issued by the federal authorities in Belgrade, or by any other organ of the FRY, to commit the massacres, still less that any such instructions were given with the specific intent (dolus specialis) characterizing the crime of genocide. All indications are to the contrary: that the decision to kill the adult male population of the Muslim community in Srebrenica was taken by some members of the VRS Main Staff, but without instructions from or effective control by the FRY.”

“The Court concludes from the foregoing that the acts of those who committed genocide at Srebrenica cannot be attributed to the Respondent (Serbia) under the rules of international law of State responsibility: thus, the international responsibility of the Respondent (Serbia) is not engaged on this basis.”

The International Court of Justice has also stated that, contrary to Bosnian Muslim allegations, neither the Bosnian Serbs, nor Serbian leadership has ever offered any kind of “admission” for committing a “Srebrenica genocide.” The ICJ blames Serbia for “failing to prevent” Serbian takeover of Srebrenica. In regards to that, it could be argued that if any of the Western powers were to be tried (ever!), most of them could easily be charged and blamed for failing to prevent real genocides — Rwanda being one of the latest such cases where Clinton’s U.S.A, Blair’s UK, France, Germany and all the rest did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, allowing the carnage to go on in front of our own eyes. Instead, they preferred to let blacks kill other blacks (up to one million of them), while they were busy helping expel and kill Serbs in Croatia and Bosnia, during the civil wars that followed Western-initiated dismemberment of Yugoslavia.

Oh, and by the way, the ruling of the World Court is final, without a possibility of an appeal.

“International Community” Pulls Hitler on Serbia

Fourth Reich - nothing's changed

Defense & Foreign Affairs: “International Community” Pulls Hitler on Serbia

Defense & Foreign Affairs Special Analysis: “Kosovo Independence Demands Parallel the 1938 Sudetenland Scenario,” February 16, 2007

The US-led NATO attacks on Serbia in 1999, the culmination of several years of well-developed propaganda funded by Albanian narco-trafficking money, have led to a position, in 2007, where the now-Albanian dominated Serbian province of Kosovo and Metohija is being pushed by “the international community” toward a form of independence.

Significantly, the initial form of this, proposed by United Nations envoy Martti Ahtisaari — hardly an impartial observer; he is a former member of the International Crisis Group (ICG), an organization funded by leftist US financier George Soros which has been committed to bringing about an independent Kosovo — has been rejected by the Serbian Government as being “totally unacceptable”, and by the Albanian secessionists as being absolutely insufficient.

But there are distinct parallels in the Kosovo situation with the situation in Czechoslovakia’s Sudentland, one of the major precursor issues leading to World War II.

Both Hitler and NATO Claim Humanitarian Interventions

The Czechoslovakian region known as Sudetenland had, in the mid-1930s, a majority German population. The Sudeten Germans claimed to be the victims of oppression at the hands of the Czechoslovakian Government and demanded autonomy and the right of “self-determination”. To achieve their goal they revolted against the Czechoslovakian authorities thereby forcing the Government in Prague to declare martial law.

The Sudeten Germans cited the armed clashes which their own belligerence provoked as evidence of their oppression. As a result of the fighting, Sudeten German refugees began fleeing to Nazi Germany in 1937-38.

In 1938, the German Reich said that it would no longer tolerate the “abuse” of the Sudeten German population by the Czechoslovakian Government. Hitler threatened to invade Czechoslovakia under the pretext of humanitarian intervention to “rescue” the Sudeten Germans from alleged Czechoslovakian “oppression”.

Same European Powers that Carved Up Czechoslovakia in 1938 are Now Carving Up Serbia

With the professed goal “bringing stability to Europe”, the great European powers of the day, Germany, Italy, France, and the United Kingdom, convened a conference in Munich to resolve the Sudeten crisis.

The fact that Czechoslovakia’s borders were not theirs to re-draw did not stop the European powers from doing precisely that. Czechoslovakia was offering the German population special rights and maximum self-government, but the Germans would have none of it. On September 29, 1938, Sudetenland was ceded to Germany by the Munich Agreement signed by German Chancellor and Fuhrer Adolf Hitler, British Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain, Italian Prime Minister Benito Mussolini, and the Radical-Socialist French Prime Minister Edouard Daladier.

Czechoslovakia did not consent to the theft of its territory, but it lacked the means of defending itself. As a result, Czechoslovak troops vacated Sudetenland, and German troops came goose-stepping in to take their place.

Lip-service was paid to “protecting the minority within the minority”, but nothing was done to achieve this, and the non-German minorities in living in Sudetenland had their homes, businesses, and places of worship destroyed. They were killed, terrorized, and forced to flee Sudetenland in fear of their lives.

Almost exactly the same thing has been happening in the Balkans for the past eight years. Just replace Sudetenland with Kosovo; replace Germans with Albanians; and replace Czechoslovakia with Serbia and there is a mirror image of what has been happening in Kosovo since 1999.

There are some differences, including the fact that Sudetenland had once been part of Germany. So the Germans actually had a more historically legitimate claim to Sudetenland than the Albanians have to Kosovo. But the history of the Sudeten crisis so closely mirrors what has been happening in Kosovo that its lessons are significant for today’s analysts and policymakers.

New Europe, same players, same methods

Appeasing Fascist Germany and Sacrificing Czechoslovakia Brought WWII Instead of Peace

Acceding to German demands in Sudetenland did not stabilize Europe; on the contrary: it emboldened the Germans. The Munich Agreement only brought more German demands and even greater German belligerence.

Acceding to Albanian demands in Kosovo is not expected to stabilize the Balkans. Indeed, outbreaks of violence by Kosovo Albanians began immediately after the Ahtisaari plan was presented to the Albanian leadership in the Kosovo regional capital, Pristina, on February 1, 2007.

See also: Defense & Foreign Affairs Special Analysis, February 2, 2007: As Ahtisaari Plan Delineates Essentially Independent Kosovo, Jihadists Move to Expand Ops in FYROM, Greece, Serbia, and Main Points of UN Ahtisaari Plan for Kosovo.

All evidence, and public statements by Kosovo Albanian officials, indicates that granting Kosovo independence would only embolden Albanian secessionists in Montenegro, the Presevo valley of Serbia, the Raska (Sandjak/Sanzak) region of south-western Serbia, the Western areas of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), and northern Greece, not to mention secessionist groups in other parts of the world who would be eager to cite the Kosovo precedent for their own purposes.

Given the strong links which the Albanian political and criminal movements have with Islamist-jihadist movements (including al-Qaida ), and with the Government of Iran, there is strong evidence that the belief in the imminent success of the Kosovo independence movement would spark a surge of confidence in the jihadist movement in Europe and worldwide. This would have significant ramifications — quite apart from empowering the Europe-wide network of narco-traffickers, prostitution rings, and arms trafficking run from Kosovo (1) — for the worldwide terrorist movement and for the impetus of violence in such theaters as Iraq.

Warning to Kosovo Albanians: Czechoslovak Revenge Was Brutal

The experience of the Sudeten Germans should also serve as a warning to the Kosovo-Albanians. Sudetenland’s independence from Czechoslovakia, although guaranteed by the European powers, did not last. When the geopolitical situation changed with World War II, and Czechoslovakia regained a degree of sovereignty within the Soviet-dominated Warsaw Treaty bloc, the remaining Sudeten Germans were all but eradicated.

Trend analysis in the early 21st Century points to the prospect of ongoing security concerns for Europe, based on changing demographics and pressure from jihadist terrorists. And while no-one is pointing to the prospect that World War III could erupt in Europe — as both previous World Wars erupted there — the prospect does exist for a return to armed conflict, despite (or perhaps because of) the fact that the “international community” has eviscerated the conventional force capabilities of most of the states of the former Yugoslavia.

Unlike Kosovo Albanians, Serbs in Bosnia-Herzegovina Have Legitimate and Historical Claims to Independence

Would the European Union or NATO be prepared to undertake major armed intervention to contain another conflict in the former Yugoslavia? There is evidence of great reluctance among EU/NATO powers to re-engage in the Balkans. And yet the granting of independence to Kosovo — which would likely occur from a claim of independence by Albanians in Pristina, accepted/recognized by, say, the Labour Party Government in the United Kingdom, which (unlike the former Conservative Party Government) has indicated a support for the Balkan Islamist claims — could also lead to a claim of independence by Republica Srpska, the ethnically Serbian area of Bosnia-Herzegovina. Indeed, Republica Srpska has entirely legitimate and historical claims to independence, or union with the Republic of Serbia, whereas the Albanian domination of Kosovo and Metohija began in the 20th Century as a pattern of illegal immigration, encouraged (or at least allowed) by post-World War II Yugoslav dictator Josef Broz Tito, a Croat, to control the Serbs who had opposed him during World War II.

And although US officials and media tend to deny the parallel, the case made by Albanians in Serbia’s Kosovo province could be made equally by Mexicans who have illegally immigrated into the southern United States.

But if there is one thing true about the Balkans it’s that memories are long and revenge is harsh.

Czech Historian: Ahtisaari Wants New Munich

PRAGUE, Czech Republic, February 22, 2007 (Source: Politika) — “Finnish negotiator Ahtisaari demands from the international community to persuade Serbia to renounce its Kosovo province, supposedly in the name of the higher goals of peace and stability in the Balkans. Translated from the diplomatic lingo into plain Czech it means this: Ahtisaari demands new Munich for Kosovo. In 1938 Western powers have forced Czechoslovakia to renounce part of its territory in the interest of ‘preservation of peace.’”

This is the way distinguished Czech historian, professor at the Charles University in Prague, Jan Rychlik addressed the issue surrounding Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province in the Czech daily Pravo, emphasizing the obvious parallels between Czechoslovakian-German conflict almost seventy years ago and present day conflict between Serbs and Albanians regarding Serbian Kosovo province.

“Nobody denies that ethnic Albanians are in majority in Kosovo province today, just like in Sudeten region of Czechoslovakia Germans were the majority of the population. But no one was expelling Germans in 1918, after the creation of Czechoslovakia (1945 was different), while the expulsion of Serbs in 1999 was on a massive scale and is being completed in practically independent Kosovo province,” adds Czech historian.

Kosovo-Metohija Was Always Integral Part of Serbia

Ethnic relations in the Czech border region towards Germany and in Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province are not as important as historical connections. Nobody can deny the fact Kosovo was an integral part of the medieval Serbian state and since the defeat of Turkey in the Balkan war of 1912 it has always been an integral part of Serbia, just like the so-called Sudetenland always belonged to the land under Czech crown. The only exception is the Second World War when Sudetenland became part of Great Germany, and Kosovo province became a part of Greater Albania. But even during the First World War the allies did not recognize the carving up of Czechoslovakia and, likewise, they did not recognize the dismemberment of Yugoslavia. Therefore, reminds Czech historian, those border violations were legally worthless.

“For Serbs, Kosovo-Metohija has the same significance as the borderline mountains for Czechs, which we consider the integral and inviolable part of our history. Therefore, no Serbian government is accepting Ahtisaari’s proposal and due to the reasons of internal politics they must not accept it. Of course, it is possible to exert a concentrated pressure and force Belgrade to “voluntarily submit” Kosovo, but that is something wide masses of the Serbian nation would see as a dictate.”

Ahtisaari’s Proposal is a Stillborn Child

Professor Rychlik stresses that at the time of disintegration of Yugoslavia the international community accepted the principle that the borders of the new states should be the same as those of former republics, regardless of the ethnic structure of the population within each new state. Now, for the first time, this principle is being forcibly broken. West is pledging independent Kosovo-Metohija province will not be a precedent the other minorities seeking secession will be able to use elsewhere. “If I understand correctly, in the future the population of the planet Earth is to be divided into two groups — Kosovo Albanians on the one side, who have the right to secede the territory they inhabit, and the rest of nations and ethnic groups on the other side, which will not be given the same right. Such an approach is, however, acceptable for Albanians only and it can never become valid. The precedent would be undoubtedly created and based on that, it will be very difficult to prevent Serbs to secede from Bosnia and Herzegovina.”

“Ahtisaari’ proposal is a stillborn child. It gives practically nothing to Serbs in Serbia, so it cannot be considered as anything similar to a compromise. This will be a new Munich, this time around in Serbia. And just as the Munich dictate did not bring peace to Europe in 1938, the 2007 Vienna dictate will not bring peace to it either,” concludes renowned historian.

Albanian Terrorists Should be Careful What They Wish For

Deputy Leader of the Serbian Radical Party, Tomislav Nikolic

Serbia Will Never Join the EU and Should Leave the UN in Case Kosovo Gets Stolen

BELGRADE, Serbia, Feb. 23, 2007 (Source: Politika) — Deputy leader of the Serbian Radical Party, which won most seats in Serbia’s parliament in the last elections, said Serbia will never join the Euro-Atlantic integrations in case the European Union hijacks its Kosovo-Metohija province.

Speaking with the delegation of Russian State Duma representatives in Serbian National Assembly, Tomislav Nikolic said that in the case southern Serbian province is granted independence, Serbia should not only close its doors towards the EU and throw away the keys, but also reevaluate its membership in the United Nations.

Serbs Will Fight for Kosovo-Metohija Province

Mr. Nikolic underlined that Serbian Radical Party believes Russia will not allow the UN to violate its own Charter since, as he said, “we have no other protection.” “But in case Russia fails to do so, we shall fight on our own,” said Mr. Nikolic, emphasizing that Radicals will help Serbian government defend Kosovo province, or they will assume the leadership in order to preserve Serbian province.

Rally of the Serbian Radical Party
Rally of the Serbian Radical Party in Belgrade

According to the deputy President of the Serbian largest party, Radicals will never accept Martti Ahtisaari’s proposal which grants independent status to the Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province.

Tomislav Nikolic conveyed to the guests from Russia that Kosovo province’s destiny is the most important issue for Serbian state, and a problem created during a long stretch of time by changing the ethnic structure and through direct help and support the West has been extending to Albanian Muslim separatists and terrorists.

Mr. Nikolic stressed that Serbia has been a victim of the New World Order for a very long time now, adding that, along with struggle to preserve Kosovo-Metohija province, Radicals are also actively engaged in defending the rights of their leader Vojislav Seselj, who has been detained by the Hague for four years now.

Serbian Radical Party which has won third of the votes in the last parliamentary elections has already underlined many times before it is willing to fight for Kosovo-Metohija province, the heart of Serbia, with “all means necessary.” Perhaps Albanian Muslim separatists rattling their arms in southern Serbian province should be careful what they wish for — they might just get it.

John Bolton: No Imposed Solutions or Ultimatums

John R. Bolton

Bolton: If One Side Keeps Insisting on Independence, There Can be No Agreement

WASHINGTON, U.S.A, Feb. 21, 2007 (Source: Tanjug) — Former US ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton said on Wednesday that ultimatums or imposed solutions cannot be considered the right way to solve the future status of Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province, and opposed the imposition of a solution that would be unacceptable to either the Serbian government or Albanians in Kosovo province, explaining that he was not sure such a resolution would ever be adopted.

Speaking for the Voice of America, Mr. Bolton said that the future status of Kosovo province should be acceptable to all sides.

If one side insists on independence, it is evident that there would be no agreement, Bolton said and added he believed that the Serbian government was prepared to offer a high level of autonomy to Albanians in Kosovo province and that he hoped that a negotiated solution would be reached.

Neither the UN, Nor Other Countries Can Carve Up Democratic Serbia

Bolton said that Serbia could not be divided without the agreement of its government and that this issue was not in the competence of other countries or the United Nations, because this was the new and democratic Serbia and “not Milosevic’s old Yugoslavia.”

It would be unprecedented if the United Nations interfered in the affairs of a country in democratic development and adopted its own solution, he said and added that China and Russia, each for its own reasons which may not have anything to do with Serbia, would not want such a precedent to be set.

Imposing Ahtisaari’s or Any Other Solution Would be “Very Unwise”

Bolton said that many at the United Nations believed that under UN Security Council Resolution 1244, the UN Security Council had the right to impose a new resolution if the solution was not acceptable to both sides. However, he believed that it would be very unwise if the UN Security Council tried to impose any solution — either Ahtisaari’s plan or something else, because Russia or China, or both countries, would veto such efforts.

The UN Security Council should continue insisting on negotiations, refrain from imposing artificial deadlines and insist on goodwill approach to negotiations by both sides, in an effort to find an appropriate solution, Bolton said.

Serbian Government Submits Written Amendments to Ahtisaari’s Draft

VIENNA, Austria, Feb. 21, 2007 (Source: Tanjug) — At the opening of several-day talks in Vienna on Wednesday, the Belgrade delegation submitted written amendments refuting the proposal of UN special envoy for Serbian Kosovo province Martti Ahtisaari in all elements which give Kosovo a semblance of an independent state, Belgrade delegation member Aleksandar Simic said at the end of the first part of today’s talks.

“Therefore, Kosovo province cannot have its own flag, state security service, armed forces, it cannot control its borders, cannot sign international agreements and have its own system of security and intelligence services,” Simic stated.

He set out that the future international mission in southern Serbian province cannot be deployed without Serbia’s agreement.

“On the other hand, we have left in the general principles everything that enables the Albanians in Kosovo province to enjoy the elements of essential autonomy, meaning that they can govern daily activities that are needed for the development of their specific identity, traditions, culture, education, economy,” Simic added.

“It is important that the Albanians in Serbian province should also be prepared to give the part of autonomy that Belgrade is granting to them to the Serbs that will remain in the province, and also to those who where displaced and who will return, as well as to the other non-Albanian communities that are specially threatened,” Simic pointed out.

Serbian Negotiators: No Independence in Any Form

According to the Serbian Government, Coordinator of the state team for negotiations on the future status of Kosovo-Metohija Leon Kojen said on the evening of February 21 that there are huge differences in the positions of Belgrade, the position taken in the proposal by UN Special Envoy Marti Ahtisaari, and the position of the ethnic-Albanian delegation, on the issue of the future status of Kosovo-Metohija province.

Speaking at a press conference following the first day of the new round of negotiations in Vienna on the status of Kosovo-Metohija, Kojen reiterated that Ahtisaari’s proposal is unacceptable for Serbia when it comes to the basic question, and that is independent status for Kosovo-Metohija, and it is clear that the proposal is built upon the idea of independence for the province, even though that term has not been used.

According to Kojen, Belgrade is offering Kosovo substantial autonomy within Serbia and cannot accept any kind of independence and due to that reason the Belgrade delegation today rejected all terms of Ahtisaari’s document which are connected to independence in any form.

Pristina Seems to Think It Has Gotten “Independence” Back in 1999

Leon Kojen also said that Serbian negotiating team has the “impression that Pristina thinks that the question of the status was settled back in 1999, which they reiterated today.” Serbian negotiators reaffirmed their certainty Russia and China will back Serbia when debate on the status issue reaches the UN Security Council and that Pristina’s expectation that a Security Council decision will give independence to Serbian province will not be fulfilled.

The second coordinator of the state negotiating team Slobodan Samardzic said that “the UN envoy tried to organize negotiations on the status question today, but now it is too late for that because Belgrade and Pristina received a document that has legal formulations.” Samardzic also underlined that Ahtisaari’s mandate is not to make final documents, but to give a proposal, adding that it is “unacceptable that this proposal has not been discussed at all and that the main part of the document has not been examined earlier, but only the annexes.”

“State” Created by Ethnic Cleansing and Violence Unacceptable

Member of the negotiating team Marko Jaksic disputed Ahtisaari’s document in the part referring to status. He explained that not even the NATO and KFOR troops did manage to save Serbs and other non-Albanians in Kosovo province and therefore, there is a question what will happen to Serbs in a creation made by ethnic cleansing and violence.

We believe that ethnic violence that has been taking place in the past eight years cannot be a recommendation for Albanians to get a new state in the Balkans, Jaksic stressed.

He warned that the acceptance of Ahtisaari’s proposal would first of all be an award and definitely a message to all separatist movements in the world that goals can be achieved through violence, expulsion and ethnic cleansing, and underlined that an independent Kosovo-Metohija is incompatible with the survival of Serbs in the province.

Albanian Arms Rattling

Negotiating Albanian way

Albanian “Negotiators”: Independence or War!

According to The Washington Times, a member of the Albanian “negotiating team” representing separatists from the Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province, Ylber Hysa (the WT wrongly spells his last name as Hasa), announced that unless the international community amputates Serbian province from Serbia, there will be a new war in the Balkans.

In an interview this alleged “negotiator” — being that “independence or war” ultimatum can hardly be considered a stance conductive to negotiations, can it?! — gave to the American daily on February 20, Hysa said Albanian separatists “believe they already have made extensive compromises.”

I seemed to have missed these “compromises” Albanian terrorists have apparently made, let alone anything “extensive” save for extensive violence coming from that corner — when was that? And what’s the compromise — after destroying over 150 Serbian churches and monasteries, they’ll leave the remaining handful standing, is that it? Or, after killing and expelling over 300,000 mainly Serbs and other non-Albanians since the U.N./NATO took the administration of the province over from Serbia, they’ll let the remaining 100,000 live? Well, that’s certainly more than generous, I must say!

After Washington Times suggested that a “watered-down version of Ahtisaari’s proposals” might be approved by the UN Security Council (unlike this pile of crap that is bound to be vetoed), the “negotiator” on behalf of Albanian Muslim terrorists barked back:

“If you want to see a new Balkan war, that is the perfect scenario.”

Nice. It is rather encouraging to know that dialog, negotiations and open discussion have been given a chance after all, and that Serbian negotiators are indeed dealing with responsible, reasonable, civil men, and not some wild and primitive mafia-style thugs.

Moscow: KLA Terrorism Aimed at Obstructing Political Process

MOSCOW, Russia, Feb. 21, 2007 (Source: Tanjug) — Russia expressed concern on Wednesday over the recent blast in downtown Pristina, for which the so-called Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) claimed responsibility, and qualified the attack as an act of terrorism.

Representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry Mihail Kaminin said in an interview for Tanjug that the explosion represented yet another proof of the efforts radical Albanian forces were making so as to intensify tensions in Serbian Kosovo province and obstruct the political process for determining the province’s future status.

It is not by accident that the terrorist activities took place ahead of the new stage of the negotiation process which has already begun in Vienna, Kaminin underlined.

Three vehicles of the UN Mission in Kosovo were blown up when an explosive device went off in the center of Pristina on Monday.

Another “Good” Balkan Muslim With the Bloodthirst

Albanian Muslim Smail Tulja arrested
Albanian Muslim Smail Tulja, arrested by the Montenegro police, after Interpol issued a warrant.

“Good” and “Quiet” Albanian Muslim Arrested as a Serial Killer

Unlike the Bosnian Muslim mass murderer, Albanian Muslim serial killer Smail Tulja has not been killing for his faith, but for pleasure, or out of “passion.” And again, interestingly enough, NOT ONE of the mainstream media reporters wants to say the Bronx butcher is an ethnic Albanian of Muslim faith.

Instead, they prefer to identify him as a “citizen of Montenegro,” leaving the unpleasant facts unsaid, as if it really doesn’t matter and as if they would have done exactly the same if the man who was butchering, beheading and dismembering women in Belgium, Albania and States was of Serbian ethnicity.

So, let me bring this question up: If this butcher was a Serb, would the mass media also omit to say it? Would the headlines remain as muddy, obscure and politically correct as “Arrested Suspected Serial Killer in Europe” (!), or would they be screaming: SERB SERIAL KILLER FINALLY CAUGHT...? No, seriously, what do you think?

Porous Balkan Borders Allow Every Scumbag to Move to Serbian Kosovo-Metohija

Apart from the obvious, malicious and intentional omissions, most of the MSM parrots, copying from each other as usual, haven’t been able to clarify the issue with two of the Albanian serial killer’s last names, Dzurlic and Tulja. The confusion was created by the gnome himself — an Albanian Muslim born near Plav in Montenegro (Albanian populated region of the tiny republic-turned-state), Smail’s real last name is Dzurlic. He changed it when he married an Albanian woman Remzija, in 1990, and took her last name, Tulja. Since then, he kept using his wife’s last name in official documents and this has made the search for him more difficult, since the international warrant for his arrest was under the name Smail Dzurlic. Once Interpol found out that he took his wife’s last name, they informed the Podgorica police and Smail was arrested. By the way, Remzija whose last name Smail took, is also missing and is believed to be Tulja’s last victim, one of the two Albanian women that were killed and dismembered since Tulja returned to the Balkans.

Podgorica daily Dan also explains that the Albanian Muslim Dzurlic family has moved into Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province from neighboring Montenegro republic 40 years ago (must be because they wanted to be “abused” by the Serbs in Serbia) and immigrated to United States from there. Another bunch “oppressed” by the “nasty Serbs,” no doubt.

“Quiet” Albanian Muslim Cab Driver — Just Another “New Yorker” or a Butcher?

While living in New York, the Albanian psycho was a cab driver. He dated Mary Beal, a 61 year old widow, who has reportedly told her neighbors “If you ever don’t see me with the dogs for one day, come looking for me.” Soon afterwards, her decapitated, dismembered body was found in two bags near the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Smail Tulja was immediately a prime suspect, being that he also had “11 [prior] arrests in The Bronx and Manhattan for crimes including assault and attempted murder.” But the police didn’t have enough evidence to charge him until 1995, and when they went to arrest him, he was gone.

Brooklyn North Homicide Detective Dennis Singleton traced Tulja to Belgium, where another five women were slaughtered and dismembered since the Albanian butcher fled there. Tulja then disappeared from Belgium too and was finally located closer to home when Detective John Osorio happened to be at a session where an FBI agent was discussing the “recent unsolved homicides of two women in Albania who’d been stabbed and dismembered.” The NYPD, Interpol and FBI worked with Montenegro authorities to locate Tulja, who was found because he had submitted his fingerprints while applying for a government job in Montenegro.

As disgusting as the whole story is, one cannot escape being flabbergasted by the fact members of certain ethnic and religious groups have been allowed to go wherever they wish, from U.S.A. to any of the EU member states and to roam the West as they please, with virtually no obstacles and no check-ups whatsoever. How could someone with no less than eleven arrests for violent crimes, including attempted murder in United States and a prime suspect in the case of ghastly beheading and dismemberment of a woman, be allowed to move into Belgium, or any other EU country, just because that’s where he wants to live now?!

Is there anyone out there who still thinks merciless mainstream media vilification of Serbs and the crocodile tears it has been shedding over Bosnian and Albanian Muslims for the past 17 years have nothing to do with it?

Sulejman Talovic Was a Jihadi Terrorist

Utah Massacre recording
Video recording inside Utah mall during Sulejman’s shooting rampage.

Bosnian Muslim Mass Murderer Was Shouting “Allahu Akbar” Before Being Gunned Down

After countless mass media spins and the spectacularly creative ways to exonerate Bosnian Muslim mass murderer Sulejman Talovic, we finally learn the truth, thanks to eyewitnesses of the Utah massacre and a brave Trolley Square Mall shopper who recorded Talovic’s three “Allahu Akbar” shouts before being gunned down.

The eighteen year old Bosnian Muslim refugee who walked into a Salt Lake City mall on February 12 in a trench coat, armed with the shotgun and a handgun, with a backpack filled with ammunition to kill Americans at random, is responsible for the carnage which took five American lives and severely injured four others.

These are some of the tall tales mainstream media kept peddling, day after day, in order to cover up the straightforward fact, that the young Bosnian Muslim was a jihadist who killed in the name of his religious beliefs.

The Sob Story

Being a Bosnian Muslim refugee who, along with his family was forced to flee the “nasty Serbs,” being that he must’ve seen a lot of bloodshed (caused, of course, always and exclusively by the same “nasty Serbs”), he somehow flipped at some point and started killing Americans as a result.

But then it turns out Sulejman’s father Suljo was a member of the Bosnian Muslim army during the Bosnian war, an “army” responsible for some of the most gruesome massacres of Serbian population in Bosnia, so the boy might’ve seen carnage the mujahedeen troops committed instead. Being that the Muslim army (including the butchers of Bosnia’s el-Mujahedeen unit) Bosnian Serbs fought against was jihadist and fighting for the purely Muslim Bosnia, the Sob Story also unintentionally points at the very source of boy’s Islamic radicalism that turned him into a mass murderer in the end.

The Good Boy Story

Sulejman was a “good boy” and “a very nice person” who never hurt anyone in his short life. All of his friends, family members and villagers from his Bosnian homeland say so. Everybody’s perplexed and no one knows what went wrong once he turned 18.

Not surprisingly though, everyone who swore Sulejman-the-Murder was always super-nice just happens to be also a Bosnian Muslim. However, The Salt Lake Tribune shattered the “good boy” myth couple of days later, proving that Sulejman, in fact, was everything but good. Among other violent episodes, Sulejman was referred to juvenile court when he was 10, for throwing rocks at a little girl. At the age of 12 he went before a judge for holding a knife over the head of another girl saying “I’ll kill you.” The mother of the girl managed to pull her away just as the “good Bosnian Muslim boy” took a swipe with the blade. And every time the judge did nothing, because Sulejman, being a Bosnian Muslim, was a designated “victim” of “Serbian aggression” and therefore couldn’t have hurt a fly.

Srebrenica-Serbs-Serbrenica “Argument”

Because Bosnian Serbs have allegedly “massacred” or “executed” (depending on the way each MSM parrot feels on a given day) “8,000 Bosnian Muslim men and boys” in Srebrenica during the Bosnian war, Sulejman Talovic suffered and decided to kill some Americans once the States took his family in as refugees. The Serbs have scarred Sulejman for life and are, in one way or the other, guilty for the carnage Sulejman caused in the state of Utah, twelve years later.

But the boy’s own aunt, also a refugee, immediately said no member of their family was “scarred” by the Bosnian war and that “neither he [the mass murderer] nor the rest of her family has any lingering psychological effects from the war in Bosnia.”

Alleged “Srebrenica massacre” or “execution” has never been proven, although it has been used ad nauseam during the past twelve years for the purpose of labeling Bosnian Serbs and Serbs in general as genocidal maniacs. On the other hand, there is absolutely no doubt that the real Srebrenica massacre was committed by the Bosnian mujahedeen troops led by the Muslim butcher Naser Oric, who used Srebrenica’s “safe-haven” status to exterminate Serbs from over a hundred of Serbian villages surrounding Srebrenica where Bosnian jihadists were stationed. So, the real question should be: Could the massacres Bosnian Muslims committed from Srebrenica have affected the “good boy Sulejman” to commit a carnage of his own, over innocent Americans? In other words, why should he seek to identify with the enemy, the “infidel” (Christian) Serbs, when he had a number of actual jihadists in his native tribe to idolize and try to emulate?

“Simply Crazy” Story

Because of all of the above, or God-knows-why, Sulejman Talovic went crazy at some point. It has nothing to do with Islam, the fact that he was a Muslim should never be even mentioned, the fact he was Bosnian could be mentioned if it’s going to work to our advantage (see the above Srebrenica-Serbs-Srebrenica “Argument”), but it seems to be backfiring, so let’s drop that too and just say he was crazy.

Apart from the fact that the “good boy” theory doesn’t quite go hand-in-hand with the “wild & crazy” option, yesterday we learned that the fact he was a Muslim did play a role after all. Or was he yelling “Allahu Akbar” while shooting everyone he sees (including a fifteen year old girl) merely because he didn’t think of anything better to say? When exactly were the “Allahu Akbar” cries adopted as a unique form of prior-to-death-haiku?

So, as the spin upon the spin upon the spin fails, it may be time to accept the truth: that it was precisely thanks to mainstream media that all sorts of wrong assumptions about “good, secular Bosnian Muslims” versus “evil Christian Serbs,” shoveled over into this part of the world courtesy of another (very loud) Muslim — Christiane Amanpour — and spread around by lazy and dishonest “journalists” who kept parroting the lines radical Islamic Sarajevo government fed them, have contributed to Americans falling asleep, innocently believing Bosnian Muslims, Albanian Muslims and all the Muslims Serbs were forced to fight off in order to survive are “good boys” and victims, never the perpetrators capable of spreading the same brand of terror used against Serbs in their adoptive countries.

Kosovo Albanian Terrorists Should be Punished, Not Rewarded

Yeah, they want peace alright

Kostunica: International Community Should Punish the Terrorists, Instead of Rewarding Them

BELGRADE, Serbia, Feb. 20, 2007 (Source: Tanjug) — Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica said on Tuesday that the international community must immediately most strongly respond to all the threats from Albanian Muslim separatists, especially to the threats that they will resort to terrorism and violence if Serbian Kosovo province does not become another Albanian state.

There are increasingly open and obvious threats of violence from the Kosovo Albanian separatists ahead of the onset of the Vienna negotiations, Kostunica said.

“The international community must immediately respond most strongly to their blackmail that they will resort to terrorism and violence unless they get another Albanian state, on the territory of Serbia,” the Serbian Prime Minister said in a statement presented to Tanjug by the Government Press Relations Office.

“It has never yet happened that the international community gives in to terrorist threats and even rewards terrorists with the gift of a state,” Kostunica said.

“It is time that Albanian separatists get a clear message from the international community that they will be most severely punished for any act of violence, instead of being rewarded,” the Serbian Prime Minister concluded.

Radical Albanian Muslim Vetëvendosje Movement Announces New Demonstrations in Kosovo Province

PRISTINA, Serbia, Feb. 20, 2007 (Source: Tanjug) — The Kosovo Albanian radical movement Vetëvendosje (“Self-Determination”) on Tuesday announced it would stage new protests in Pristina on March 3 “against those who are responsible for the death of two demonstrators” at the previous violent protest they held on Feb 10.

Vetëvendosje deputy leader Gljauk Konjufca, currently in custody for organizing the Feb 10 violent demonstrations, said that this protest would be “peaceful and against those responsible for the death of the two demonstrators.”

Yeah, right. After seeing their earlier wild-hordes-raging exercise, also announced as “peaceful protest,” one shudders to think how would Vetëvendosje thugs define violent demonstrations.

Albright’s and Holbrooke’s “Freedom Fighters” Say They are Terrorists

Albanian Muslim terror in Kosovo province
Albanian Muslim terror continues in Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province: three U.N. vehicles and a civilian car have been destroyed by the bomb explosion on February 19. Terrorist KLA (UCK) has claimed responsibility for the attack. Pristina, Serbia.

Albanian Muslim KLA: “Yes, We Are Terrorists!”

Belgrade daily Glas Javnosti (Voice of the Public) reports today that supposedly “disbanded” Albanian Muslim terrorist organization UCK/KLA, responsible for starting the war in Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province in 1998, has claimed responsibility for yesterday’s bomb attack that destroyed three U.N. vehicles.

The explosion that has also damaged a fourth, civilian vehicle in Serbian province’s capital Pristina, was followed by the statement issued by the members of terrorist KLA, claiming the attack is a revenge for death of two Albanian Muslim protesters who have lost their lives in a clash with the U.N. police stationed in Serbian province, during violent Albanian demonstrations against Ahtisaari’s Kosovo proposal.

Well Rehearsed Scenario Aimed at Speeding Up Planned Amputation of the Serbian Province

According to the Voice of Public, Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica pointed out that “threats of Albanian separatists’ violence are obviously getting more shrill and pronounced” right before the negotiations about the status of the Kosovo-Metohija province are to start in Vienna. Kostunica reminds that the international community has never before balked when confronted with terror threats.

Even though the terrorist KLA is supposed to be disbanded by the U.N/NATO after the conflict in Serbian Kosovo province has ended (July of 1999), members of that organization have largely been recruited for the U.N./NATO-formed “Kosovo Protection Corps.” Former head of the Serbian Coordinating Center for Kosovo-Metohija Nebojsa Covic, equates KLA with KPC, being that both organizations have the same members who have merely exchanged one set of uniforms for another and started receiving United Nations paychecks.

According to Nebojsa Covic, the continuation of Albanian Muslim terror, including the latest terrorist attack, is not surprising.

“This is nothing more than additional pressure Albanians are exerting over the U.N. and the international community, very well synchronized with the political actions of certain international structures. They are enacting the scenario according to which particular political actions, threats and pressures will somehow ‘frighten’ the international community and will be followed by the comments, articles and op-eds insisting that the status has to be decided quickly, since ‘this can no longer be tolerated’ and ‘Kosovars are starting to boil’...”

“This is the way to create the sense of urgency and finalize the Kosovo-Metohija setup,” says Nebojsa Covic, emphasizing that the actual power and extent to which Albanian Muslims in southern Serbian province can affect the international community goes only as far as the same international community allows. “The international community has created them in the first place,” says Nebojsa Covic.

NATO and Albanian Leaders Should be Capable of Controling the Situation

Member of the Inter-Ethnic Forum Nenad Djurdjevic claims that Kosovo-Metohija situation is being further complicated.

“There is a growing possibility of tensions as we are approaching a decisive moment regarding Kosovo-Metohija status. At the same time, this is a challenge for the international community which is present in Kosovo province and which should be able to manage the situation. The same goes for the Albanian Muslim leaders who keep reassuring the international community and Kosovo-Metohija Serbs that they are capable of controlling the situation on the ground,” says Djurdjevic, adding that the present situation is causing the greatest concern to Kosovo-Metohija Serbs and minorities who would be the actual targets of renewed violence.

Behind the Croat Mockery of Jasenovac Death Camp Complex

Entrance into Jasenovac camp number 3
1940s — Fascist Croatia committed a genocide against Serbs, Jews and Gypsies: Entrance into Jasenovac death camp number 3, with the sign presenting it as a “Labor Service of the Ustasha Defense - Concentration Camp No. III” The coat of arms above is inscribed: “Everything For the Fuhrer, Ustasha Defense.”

Croatian Holocaust Denial Encouraged by Shameful Silence

On November 27, 2006, Croatian government has opened a new “memorial” at the site of the notorious Jasenovac death camp complex in Western Slavonia. The “democratic” Croatian government apparently made sure the “Ustashas [Croat Nazis] would’ve been proud” of this shameful exhibit, as one of the Jewish survivors of the Croat WWII bestiality commented at the time.

While Director of the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s Israel office, Efraim Zuroff, criticized organizers of the exhibition for failing to name any of the perpetrators of horrendous Jasenovac mass murders, for omitting to explain background of the furious extermination of the Croatia’s Serbian, Jewish and Roma population and Ustasha ideology that led to pathological hatred and genocide, Zuroff seemed to accept the scandalous reduction of a number of the people murdered in Jasenovac death camp complex, leaving an overall impression that Croatia is making steps in the right direction after all.

Another researcher, who has dedicated more than a decade to unveiling the truth about Serbian plight and demonization during the civil wars in the 1990s, and about the true nature of Ustasha pathology successfully revived in the 1990s — Jared Israel — was as insulted with none-to-mild reaction to what amounts to Croat Holocaust denial on a state level, as most Serbs are. Covering the mockery of Croat exhibit, Mr. Israel also analyzed Efraim Zuroff’s response and has subsequently published an interview with one of the Jasenovac survivors, President of Serbia’s Organization of Survivors, Mrs. Smilja Tisma.

krajina-massacre.jpg
1990s — Neo-Nazi Croatia committed another pogrom of its Serbian population: Elderly Serbs mutilated by Croat forces in Serbian Krajina, September 4, 1995, “Operation Storm”.

Since almost no one really objects to Croatia erasing over 700,000 of its WWII victims from the history books, is it any wonder Croats repeated the genocide of Krajina Serbs less than 50 years later? And if this latest pogrom of Croatia’s Serbian population remains hidden and denied, why shouldn’t we expect a yet another repeat in few decades down the road?

In the interview by Jovan Skendzic, as well as in her December 22, 2006 open letter to Belgrade daily Politika, Mrs. Tisma confirms the charges against Croatian death camp “memorial,” as a disgraceful attempt to minimize, obscure and effectively erase the memory of the hundreds of thousands of innocent victims of Ustasha bestiality, while erecting a mockery of a sanitized and hollow “exhibit.”

Jasenovac Death Camp Survivor: “Far More Than Shameless”

Excerpt from an interview with Smilja Tisma, one of the few remaining Holocaust survivors in Serbia, about the new Croat Jasenovac “Museum”

They pretend that it is a Museum and a new presentation - but it is not a Museum. You enter into dark corridors, dark rooms with only weak electric bulbs illuminating the so-called exhibits. At the places of presentation there are monitors that show photographs in a loop. For example, one depicts the transport of miserable, poor children. You do not know who these children are, or where they are from, or where they are being taken, or whom they belong to. You do not know what is happening or where.

At other places you will have to squat down almost to the floor, as there is a bulb there, or bend all the way down, if you are able to bend so much and have had the luck to notice the light in the first place. Bending, you will read a label telling you what will be presented. After this you will have to wait what feels like ten minutes until the presentation starts and then you will have to quickly read the text they show on the monitor.

It is inaccessible for an average person and even worse for old, frail individuals who are already under considerable anxiety, as their families perished here.

At another place, just by chance, I noticed a panel which claims that sixty-nine thousand people perished in the Jasenovac death camp. That’s a fraction of the real number. The Serbs are presented seventh on the list of groups that were killed, after others, such as Slovenes and Slovaks, who in fact comprised a small percentage of the victims and who were killed because of politics, not because of their ethnicity, whereas hundreds of thousands of Serbs were murdered in an attempt to eliminate the Serbian people.

Croatian Society (Still) Accepts Anti-Semitism

Croats Like their Sugar Packets with Hitler’s Image and Anti-Semitic Jokes

JERUSALEM, ZAGREB, Feb. 19, 2007 — The Simon Wiesenthal Center has asked Croatia to stop the distribution of sugar packets featuring Hitler’s image.

The Center has called on Croatian authorities to put an end to the production and distribution of sugar packets with Hitler’s image and printed anti-Semitic jokes.

The Center has issued a statement signed by its director Ephraim Zuroff, expressing its “revulsion and disgust that such an item could be produced these days in a country in which the Holocaust not only took place, but was for the most part carried out by local Nazi collaborators.”

“If nothing else, this is a disgusting expression of nostalgia for the Third Reich and a period during which Jews, Serbs and Gypsies were mass-murdered (in Croatia),” the Simon Wiesenthal Center statement said.

Zuroff urged Croatia to force the factory owners to recall the sugar packets immediately, in line with a law against racial, religious or ethnic hatred.

Zarko Puhovski of the Helsinki Committee said the most worrying aspect of the scandal was a lack of reaction in the Croatian society.

“This is not about someone spraying graffiti, this was printed in several thousand copies, for weeks, perhaps months, and no one reacted. Then Novi List journalist reacted. Then there was silence again, and then the Simon Wiesenthal Center issued a statement,” Puhovski said.

Puhovski said he hoped the company producing the sugar packets as well as those distributing them would be punished, adding that the main problem still remained with the Croat society which “accepts anti-Semitism.”

For her part, owner of the Pozega-based factory, Croat Anita Ivanecic declined to offer any comment.

Washington Waking Up

Washington heresy

Washington Institute: Ahtisaari’s Proposal Illegal

WASHINGTON, U.S.A, Feb. 16, 2007 (Tanjug) — Each provision in the UN Special Envoy Martti Ahtisaari’s proposal for Serbian Kosovo-Metohija province that implies independence represents a violation of the basic principles of the UN Charter, President of the Washington Institute on Religion and Public Policy Joseph Grieboski has assessed.

In an interview for the Voice of America Radio, while commenting on Ahtisaari’s proposal for Kosovo province status settlement, Grieboski said that he has sent a letter to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon in order to express concern regarding the concept of independence which permeates this document, but also to remind the UN Secretary General of the importance of the principles of UN Charter.

Violating the UN Charter by granting independence to the southern Serbian province would represent a problem not only for the security of Europe and the world, but also for all sovereign countries which have minority communities, the president of the Washington-based institute said.

Clearing the Cobwebs: Yugoslavia, an Avoidable War

Yugoslavia, an avoidable war, Part 1
Nora Beloff, the foremost Balkan expert, explains it all, in words and pictures. Part 1 of the documentary, 1hr 21min

The Whole (Untold) Truth About Wars that Ripped Yugoslavia Apart

In the West, the generally accepted thesis is that Yugoslavia collapsed from within. The alternative view is the reverse: the Western governments, in recognising the new statelets of Croatia, Slovenia, Macedonia and Bosnia and Hercegovina, defied earlier commitments. In 1975 the European Countries, the US and Canada signed the Final Act at Helsinki. This laid it down that the international frontiers of all the signatories — of which Yugoslavia was one — could not be altered without the specific agreement of the states involved and of the people living there. In parctice, neither the Yugoslav federal government nor the peoples of Yugoslavia as a whole were ever properly consulted.

[...] In pitting myself against the widely accepted view about the reasons why Yugoslavia collapsed in the manner in which it did, I must start by listing my own qualifications. The basic thesis which this twelve part book will sustain is that, had it not been for the ignorance, arrogance and intrusion of the outside world, the conflicts in Yugoslavia could have been averted and, in some form, the state of Yugoslavia preserved.

Nora Beloff,
Yugoslavia, an Avoidable War

The foremost Balkan expert Nora Beloff, a diplomat and a journalist with Reuters, The Economist and The Observer, among others, has passed away in February 1997, having just completed her last book Yugoslavia, an Avoidable War, about the brutal breakup of former Yugoslavia and the subsequent civil wars. Nora Beloff’s wealth of researched material and information collected on the ground and in highest diplomatic circles, as well as her formidable knowledge and expertise have served as the basis for the documentary now available for public viewing on Google Videos.

Yugoslavia, an avoidable war, Part 2
Tito-drawn internal borders between Yugoslav republics did not correspond to reality, leaving a vast number of Serbs stranded outside of Serbia, within Croatian and Bosnian republic. Part 2 of the documentary, 1hr 25min

The documentary is built around live footage from each of the Yugoslav republics and regions where war raged during the 1990s, some rarely seen historical footage (including those from fascist Croatia and islamofascist Bosnia during the WWII) and around the interviews with Nora Beloff herself and other British and American journalists, diplomats and scholars with outstanding understanding and familiarity with the events discussed.

In short, everything you were not told by the mainstream media at the time is clearly explained and shown here. “Yugoslavia: The Avoidable War” is the best documentary on the subject thus far, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all who would like to learn the truth and connect the dots that were left fragmented, unexplained, or purposefully hidden.

Utah Mass Murderer: Good Bosnian Muslim Wasn’t So Good After All

Utah massacre

“Good” Bosnian Muslim Killer Was Everything But Good

The Salt Lake Tribune dispels the Bosnian Muslim myth of Sulejman-the-Murderer being a “very nice person” who has suddenly gone mad and went off to gun down nine Americans in the Trolley Square Mall.

The shooting rampage at Trolley Square was not Sulejman Talovic’s first act of violence.

At age 12, Talovic was before a judge for allegedly holding a knife over the head of girl while stating, “I’ll kill you,” according to a source who is familiar with the case.

Two years earlier, Talovic was referred to juvenile court for throwing rocks at a little girl.

About the same time, he threatened his parents’ landlord with a knife.

The first girl was not struck by the stones. And the mother of the second girl snatched her up in the nick of time, just as Talovic took a swipe with the blade, according to the source, who has seen court documents relating to the case.

FBI spokesman Patrick Kiernan said investigators are aware of Talovic’s juvenile criminal history and are considering what role it might have played in the Trolley Square shootings.

“It’s all part of the investigation,” Kiernan said. Talovic’s relatives have referred to him as “a very nice person” who had never hurt anyone.

“Everything about him was nice. Everybody said so,” said his father, Suljo Talovic [who fought in Bosnian mujahedeen unit in Srebrenica, during the war].

But Musto Redzovic, the family’s first landlord in Salt Lake City, said Talovic pulled a knife on him at their duplex apartment in 1998 or 1999. Talovic would have been 9 or 10 at the time.

“He was just a child,” said Redzovic, who brushed the incident off and did not report the incident to police.

Wrong Assumptions Leading to Carnage

Interestingly enough, David Geary who was the mass murderer’s defense attorney before the “good” Bosnian Muslim boy became a mass murderer, points out that Sulejman Talovic was released back into the society without even a slap on a wrist because “it was likely the judge took into consideration that the boy and his family were refugees from war-torn Bosnia.”

Let me see if I understand this correctly: Talovic family, led by the killer’s father Suljo Talovic, a member of the Bosnian mujahedeen unit stationed in Srebrenica, was taken in by the United States based on the assumption they couldn’t have possibly caused any suffering during the Bosnian war, but were subjected to suffering by the “nasty Serbs”.

The violent nature the boy exhibited throughout his short “refugee” (i.e. guest-who-needs-our-compassion) status in the U.S, including the knife brandishing and threatening to cut up the American girl with it, was repeatedly ignored and dismissed by the American officials, based on the assumption the boy’s aggressiveness couldn’t possibly be inherited, the result of his mujahedeen father’s violent past, or the reflection of jihadist ideas planted in his head by the Bosnian Muslim butchers Utah killer grew up with — but is merely another proof of his family’s “suffering.”

When Talovic finally starts taking American lives and guns down nine before he’s taken down, the massacre only confirms what we assumed all along: poor Bosnian Muslim lad has “suffered” a lot during the Bosnian war.

So, whose fault it is, again? That’s right, the Serbs did it.

Mass Media Outlets Had Their Finger on the Talovic’s Trigger

It shouldn’t take a carnage such as the Trolley Square Mall massacre Bosnian Muslim committed to understand that fifteen years of shameless lies regarding the civil wars that followed the breakup of Yugoslavia have directly contributed to the tragedies such as this one. In essence, every single “journalist” and every mainstream media outlet in the West that dishonored their duty and profession by continuously failing to report the true nature of the secessionist wars Croatians, Bosnian Muslims and Albanian Muslims have led in former Yugoslavia, has had their finger on Talovic’s trigger too.

Because, if the public was EVER informed about the islamofascist nature of the Yugoslav Croat and Muslim offensive that plunged the entire region into a bloody mess for a decade, people like the mujahedeen Suljo Talovic and his violent son would have never been unleashed into the world to begin with, the U.S.A. would not have taken the Talovic family in without the thorough check up of the father’s past, the Utah judge would have known what is he really dealing with once a Bosnian Muslim boy swiping at an American girl with the knife was brought in front of him, and he would have taken care to remove him from the society in time to prevent the carnage that followed.
