Serbia Announces its ICJ Lawsuit Against Croatia

Croatia facing war crimes lawsuit

See You in The Hague, Croatia!

Judge Rosalyn Higgins of the International Court of Justice has barely read the entire verdict exonerating Serbia of Bosnian Muslim charges when Croatia announced it is considering dropping its charges filed against Serbia with the same UN World Court and seeking an out-of-court settlement instead.

In other words, Croats would rather squeeze whatever amount of money they can from the Serbian state behind the closed doors, than take their non-existent “case” in front of the UN judges and get what Bosnian Muslims have gotten: zilch. And to prove the whole thing was about money after all (those “tens of billions of dollars” Western mainstream kept promising to Bosnian Muslims for over a decade), Sarajevo Islamic regime decided to cut the mourning process short and to turn on Netherlands now, suing them for no less than 1.3 billion dollars. Someone better give some money to Bosnian Muslims soon, or they’ll go on suing everyone around! Perhaps CNN, BBC, New York Times and the rest of the Western MSM warmongers should be forced to pay up, on account of the lies they kept shoveling into the world, keeping the Balkan Muslim appetites wet for so long, they actually started believing their own propaganda.

Instead of pondering Croatia’s nervous suggestion for the out-of-court “settlement,” Serbia unexpectedly discovered a backbone and announced it will charge Croatian state for the war crimes against Krajina and Slavonija Serbs, in the counter-lawsuit filed at the same UN Tribunal. Serbia’s International law expert, Professor Kosta Cavoski explained:

“The main rule and the regular practice in cases such as this one is to file a counter-lawsuit. It is a whole other question as to why Serbia has not done so already. By all means, Serbia can and has the right to sue Croatia for its war crimes against the Serbs, for which we have a mountain of evidence.”

The member of Serbian legal team in the case of Bosnian Muslims vs. Serbia, Vladimir Djeric, says that Serbia’s legal team of experts will again raise the question of the ICJ’s jurisdiction in the case of Croatia against Serbia, and that Belgrade intends to respond to Croatian lawsuit with the counter suit. “The means we have at our disposal are bringing Croatia, from the legal point of view, in a very bad position,” said Djeric. He added that all options are now open and that Serbia has far better chances to win the case in the Hague.

Croatia’s representative in the ICJ’s process against Serbia, Ivan Simonovic says that Serbia’s counter-lawsuit against Croatia for the ethnic cleansing of Croatia Serbs during the war is “no more than an attempt to strengthen Serbia’s position in the negotiations” over the lawsuit.

Simonovic’s poker face aside, the fact Belgrade decided to bring the issue of ethnic cleansing and war crimes Croats have committed over Krajina Serbs to the UN judges has reportedly caused a wave of panic and rage among the Zagreb officials. According to the legal experts, the lawsuit focusing upon these crimes is particularly dangerous for Croatia, since the ICTY is currently in the process of trying Croat general Ante Gotovina, Mladen Markaca and Rahim Ademi, charged with “joint criminal enterprise” and planned military offensive aimed at ethnically cleansing the entire Serbian population from the Krajina region in Croatia.

The Hague indictment has charged former Croatian president Franjo Tudjman with the active involvement in the “joint criminal enterprise,” as well as Gojko Susak and a number of HDZ government members, along with the Croatian top military and police officials. According to Savo Strbac of the Veritas Center, the only reason Croatia’s military and political leaders have not been charged with the genocide by The Hague was the difficulty of proving the most grievous of all war crimes on the state level.

Yes, Bosnia needs money. Conducting jihad is expensive! They'd rather spend Christian money on anti-Christian jihads than use up the cash they get from the Saudis.

Well I know hundreds of Krajina Serbs who now live in the USA and I think they would love to testify against Croatia for driving them from their homes and killing some of their loved ones. I even know a family from Slavonia too. I bet they would love for the world to FINALLY know what the Croats did to them!! IT IS ABOUT TIME!!

I'd say it certainly is about time! The only thing I don't understand is why Serbia doesn't sue both Croatia and Bosnian Muslims, organized into Ustasha and SS Handzar Division and similar genocidal movements, for WWII genocides over Serbs? As far as I understand, the crime of genocide doesn't expire and is not subject to the statutes of limitation, therefore, it is always prosecutable. Neither Croatia, nor Bosnia were ever prosecuted by the UN Court for the WWII genocide (thanks to Tito and "great powers"), so wouldn't now be the right time? I mean, since they are already brazen enough to sue us for the civil wars they started in the first place.

P.S. Right-on, Blackbird! The Saudi money has to be used to "educate" young Bosnian Muslims how to fight jihad, Serbs were expected to cover the rest of the expenses.
