I never cared for Clooney. He seems to be a bit out there when it comes to politics. This time he has it right and it looks like he's got it right in Darfur as well. I'll have to reconsider my opinion of him.

Sharon Stone and George Clooney are the best proof that beauty doesn't have to be only skin-deep. I always thought Sharon Stone is not only one of the most beautiful women in the world, but also one of the most intelligent ones in Hollywood. To act as brilliantly as she does, one has to have both heart and soul and the ability to quickly grasp more than most.

Having support of the two of the most universally popular people in the world, who also happen to be among the most beautiful is absolutely fantastic!

George Clooney has my utmost respect, i hope he can reach people in the west who are blinded by the constant propaganda they hear from their t.v sets and more sadly their leaders.

My family are Serbian but i grew up in the UK where there are, as im sure in every country, so many people who are politically unaware and belive what they hear on the news is the truth, the whole truth and nothing but!! hope fully george can make them think!!

I haven't been this happy since my wedding day! I was dancing around my living room after I read this story on your blog!

Milo Radulovich subscribed to my blog until his stroke six months ago. And before I had the blog, he was on my email list for years. Every time I wrote about Kosovo, I'd get an email back from Milo saying things like, "my dear Melana, this is the complete truth" or "Please keep telling the world, some one some day will listen."

If Milo did have anything to do with George Clooney coming out for Serbs in Kosovo, then I know Milo will be dancing in Heaven, too!

Albanians pay the fake support of some Americans and those two great people do it for love to Stone's Serbian friends. She just found them as a good friends. Madeline Albright was saved by Serbs during WW2 as she lived here coz her dad was Czech Ambassador ( they are Czech Jewish ), but she was very hungry for Albanian $$$ and supported NATO bombing of Serbia 1999. Freak! To remind you that there are/were many famous American Serbs so I hope that in memory to dead ones many will support Serbia and that still living will join this protest. I always loved both of these people, and now I love them even more! Svaki im cast! Finally some Hollywood types that have a brain, and know something about right and wrong. As for James Belushi, just to clear the air, I saw a video recently where our old pal Richark Holbrooke attended a Shiptar fundraiser, and Belushi was on a giant screen on a live video feed yapping about the "poor Albanians of Kosovo" and how they needed independence. So don't count on any support from that Albanian moron!

At first, I was shocked when I read the news on serbiancafe.com, not for Sharon, as I do see her as a very intelligent person and I know she's been active in other causes - but for George. Personally, I never cared for him much but this is awesome. From now on, he has my respect, regardles of what happens with the whole thing.

Well, I can say I'm surprised ! In positive way, of course.
Actually, i wanted to say something, more creative than "thanks" but now I'm speechless... I don't think this support will change anything, and future of our Kosovo is almost curtain, but it matters to Serbian people. So, in the name of all serbian citizens I say THANK YOU, FAMOUS PEOPLE.

You adorable people, whose movies we watched all the time, thank you. At last, hopefully not too late, somebody decided to speak or at least ask the proper questions regarding independence of Kosovo, double standards, interests of new world rulers when they decide about something not happening in their country, huge amount of money circulating from and via Kosovo through various "interesting" business transactions.

On May 16, 1960, I was born on Kosovo. On September 1973, we had to flee from Kosovo, although at that time refuges were not officially recognized. Although Montenegrin by father's origin and Serbian by mother's, I'm living in country that becomes smaller and smaller. I am foreigner in Montenegro already, and for more than 10 years I am deprived to travel safely to Kosovo and my right to visit my birthplace or what was left of millennium cultural and spiritual heritage. Soon, among others, I will probably opt as "apatride", with de iure rights which de facto will remain dead letters on the paper till the end of my life.

If I may suggest Mr. Karl Malden (who belong to Sekulovic family) may be willing to give his support. Mr. Robert De Niro, used to have good personal experience with Serbia.

If there is any support we can give by way of providing useful info, or may be try to gather from this side of the planet in simultaneous protest let us know. If nothing could be good farewell party.
